It will take several days for the number to show on CEAC. I had the same problem and so did Travis. You can call again, but it is normal. I think mine too about two or three days and I only saw updates in my evening time.

Yes, for some you can see your status at NVC, and IN TRANSIT, and then for some others you won't see anything until the package hits the Embassy and they put it into thier system. If you want to call back in a few days and see if they sent it out to the Embassy, then you can track it using DHL. Amhara or I can show you how to do that.

I sent in my file on March 2 and the NOA came about a week later and the file was sent to TEXAS. I can't believe the slow processing times in Texas when California has such great results. My file has stayed in Texas. Does anyone know if they will transfer the file at any point?

Unfortunately, the whole "work transfer" that USCIS announced back in early March was not what we all thought it would be. Turns out, they are randomly forwarding cases from states that would have gone to TSC to CSC instead. While I think the majority of new cases are going to CSC, not all of them are.

It's going to be a dumpy ride - I'm sorry. But I check the Igor List frequently, and TSC seems to be approving about 6 K-1 petitions a week whereas before, it was barely moving. I think they are getting their act in gear, but still doesn't compare to the awful discrepancy.

Did that on May 18th and on May 19th it was delivered. But embassy says that they do not have it

I am waiting for our embassy to confirm if they have checked again or not. If they don't check or if they can't find it, I will place a inquiry to NVC. I know that I can call or there is an email address. I will probably send an email so I can attach the shipping documents. Then that way DOS can tell DOS that they have the petition! You may want to try that too?

My data for Igor's list is showing some acceleration. My data since I filed in March estimates 152 Igor Lists were approved in March, 158 in April and 180 in May. My average has been about 162 per month for the time frame of March 5-May 30.

I am hoping an acceleration in TSC with less applications in Nov-March actually speeds the waiting days up. Again this is Igor data and its constantly changing. I am hopeful we drop below 200 days for TSC waiting but we will see.

the joke on that one is my case num isn't showing up at the gov website I think I gotta call them then and ask what the heck is going on + making sure it's not a wrong number
