Received an email update on my I-485. Card ordered for production. Am so excited , I was thinking it will several weeks because Baltimore office has been very slow?

Submitted a case enquiry on the USCIS site. When I've tried this before its told me my case is inside normal processing time frame, so now its allowed me to do this could that mean they'll possibly act on it!!! Hmmmm I wonder.

03-23-2015: Text/ Email Notification: Notice of Acceptance

03-28-2015: NOA1 for AOS, AP & EAD received in the mail

04-03-2015: Notice of Appointment for Biometrics on the 14th of April at 9 a.m arrived with lawyer

04-07-2015: Notice of Appointment for Biometrics on the 14th of April at 9 a.m arrived at my address (lot slower)

04-06-2015: Early walk in for Biometrics complete 6th April, walked in at 3pm and spoke with the centre manager

05-14-2015: Expedite request made

05-15-2015: USCIS site says expedite complete but no change.

06-01-2015: Case enquiry opened with USCIS as its passed 75 days.

06-02-2015: EAD/AP card in production and to be distributed.

06-05-2014: Hard copy notice to say EAD approved.

06-08-2015: EAD Card arrived in the mail.

Go to the US is ombudsman website https://cisomb.dhs.gov/oca/form7001.aspxthey helped me thru my case processing they speed things up if no action on your case

Just received my card.. Only 4 days after the interview.. Yay!!

- 03/25/2015 : Package sent via USPS certified mail with return receipt.

- 03/27/2015 : Notification from USPS - Package delivered and signed for at 7am.

- 04/01/2015 : Emails/Texts from USCIS.

- 04/02/2015 : Money was taken out of bank account.

- 04/06/2015 : Hard copies of receipts.

- 04/10/2015 : Biometrics letter in mail. Scheduled for 04/20

- 04/20/2015 : Biometrics completed. In and out in 5 min.

- 05/15/2015 : Opened a service request about the EAD

- 05/19/2015 : EAD card picked up by post office.

- 05/19/2015 : EAD card delivered.

- 08/25/2015 : Interview scheduled for 09/29/2015 (approved on spot)

- 10/03/2015 : Card received (4 days after interview)

My case was received on the 17th March I got my EAD in June and eery since then I've not had a single thing. I've opened a case enquiry which still sits at not assigned to an officer. My first Ombudsman request I submitted was refused for being in side of normal processing times (September 3rd) my second Ombudsman I submitted last week, yet to hear anything. All in all Dallas is slow as **** as is TSC.

Hey tomriesgo, I filed in Dallas as well. The processing time is now 12 months so I would say your interview is next March with a notification of interview coming around February.

02/07/2015 - Day 0 - AOS application (I-130 & I-485) sent

02/10/2015 - Day 3 - AOS received in Chicago Lockbox

02/13/2015 - Day 6 - Checks cashed (both forms)

02/13/2015 - Day 6 - Texts and emails notifications
