hello all, its seems I lot uf us got this, was anyone able to fine out why

No I called Uscis to ask they said there was no update on my case although the website state it ! They were still like we don't see any updates sr ...it pissed me off

Aos local office is Chula Vista, Ca

NOA mail receipts April 7,2105

Biometrics notice April 14,2015

Biometrics April 21,2015

I-130 June 28,2015 updated but status is still case recieved

August 11 interview schedule for sept 16 2015 ??

always speak to a tier 2 representative, tier one will only tell u whats on the website.

*i485, i765 filed along with i797c for i130 accepted -- March 31,2015

*notification: EAD delivered by USPS to my mailbox (none seen) --- June 20, 2015

* received EAD in mail ------- June 22,2015

* applied for SSN -------- June 25, 2015

* went to local SSA office and got SSN (not card) --- June 30, 2015

*i130 approved ----- July 1,2015

*received SSN card in mail ---- July 2,2015

I don't even know why the have Tier1... they are practically useless in matters of asking for information.

DAY 19 - March 21, 2015: NOA for Biometrics Appointment scheduled on 04/01/2015

DAY 77 - May 19, 2015: EAD and AP has been approved "We ordered your new card"

DAY 84 - May 26, 2015: We mailed your EAD to the address you gave us/USPS picked up the Card

DAY 85 - May 27, 2015: Interview Scheduled for June 29, 2015.

** May 29: Traveled with my AP back to my country and came back three weeks after with no problems Click here to ready the report **

DAY 117 - June 29, 2015: Had our interview. Approved on the spot.

DAY 124 - July 6, 2015: Welcome noticed received.

DAY 134 - July 16, 2015: Green Card delivered to my home by USPS - END OF AOS -

Maybe 4th of July is also slowing down everything I know a lot ppl become naturalized citizens right before 4th of July !!! They have ceremonies like every day this week

Hi.

Went to the interview today and it went very good. It was a great officer and just an routine interview. Officer said case is approvable and will be approved anytime soon. I just don't know when and gave us a letter explaining everything.

Feel happy but can't wait for the status to change to approved.

congrats!!! pls can you share some of the questions they asked at the interview?

It happened to me first I got a letter for an interview and 6 days later I got two more letters one canceling and another for my new date I was just glad I got them the same day otherwise I would have been very stressed

please, did they give you your SSN before the actual card?

yes i got it before the actually card, uncan visit the office two days after applying for SSN and get SSN before actual card. Just travel with your EAD and Passport, or whatever document you used to apply for SSN

Wow! that's a very interesting information. Am gonna go back there on Monday. It's been two weeks since I applied for SSN nothing yet.

its been one week since I received my welcome letter, but GC still hasnt arrived.

feeling upset every day after check mailbox...

and online status never changes and still is interview is scheduled. They are so irresponsible. Gosh

3/17/2015 sent out my whole AOS package thru overnight delivery

3/18/2015 received by USCIS in Chicago

3/24/2015 3 Text/e-mail notifications received

3/28/2015 Hardcopies of NOAs in the mailbox (i-130, i-485, i-765)

4/06/2015 Received notification of biometrics

4/17/2015 Biometrics done as scheduled.

4/27/2015 i-485 online status changed ready to schedule an interview. YAY!!!

5/21/2015 i-485 interview is scheduled for June 23rd!!! OMG so surprised!!!!

5/23/2015 i-485 interview notice received in hand

5/29/2015 i-765 is approved and new card is ordered to be produced.

6/05/2015 i-765 approval notice received

6/06/2015 EAD received in hand !!!

6/23/2015 i-485 and i-130 got approved on the spot!!!! waiting for green card to arrive!!

6/29/2015 i-485 and i-130 approval notices received in mail. (welcome letter) YAY!!!

Received email about interview. The case status says that the interview is scheduled for July 30. This was pretty much around the time we expected it to be. Now just waiting for the hard copy of the letter.

Day 01 >> March 09, 2015 --- USPS delivered the package to Chicago Lockbox.
Day 08 >> March 16, 2015 --- Received text messages and email notifications for 3 different Receipt numbers.
Day 09 >> March 17, 2015 --- Checks were cashed.
Day 12 >> March 20, 2015 --- Received NOA1 for I-130, I-485 and I-765.

Day 20 >> March 28, 2015 --- Received letter for biometrics appointment.
Day 29 >> April 6, 2015 --- Successfully completed the scheduled biometrics appointment (took only 10 minutes, very good staff in Albany :thumbs: )

Day 79 >> May 26, 2015 --- Contacted USCIS to raise a service request for I-765

Day 80 >> May 27, 2015 --- Received an email notification and the case status for I-765 changed to indicate that employment card for I-765 was ordered

Day 85 >> June 01, 2015 --- EAD Card was mailed

Day 88 >> June 04, 2015 --- Received the EAD Card

Day 117 >> July 03, 2015 --- Received the email and the case status for I-485 changed to show interview is scheduled for July 30.

Day 144 >> July 30, 2015 --- Had our interview and got approved immediately. Case status was updated to show that the Green Card is being produced :)

Day 166 >> August 21, 2015 --- Case status updated to "Green card was mailed" (did not see any tracking number)

Day 169 >> August 24, 2015 --- Received 2 year Conditional GC in mail. :dance:
