Hi guys,

surprisingly, I jus received my welcome notice and i-130 approval notice in mail as of today 6/29.

So happy and surprised because my case status still oddly remains as interview is scheduled.

well, anyway What a BIG relief!!

I guess I will be receiving my green card this week. YAY!!! Finally almost to the destination !!!! (L)(L)(L)(L)

3/17/2015 sent out my whole AOS package thru overnight delivery

3/18/2015 received by USCIS in Chicago

3/24/2015 3 Text/e-mail notifications received

3/28/2015 Hardcopies of NOAs in the mailbox (i-130, i-485, i-765)

4/06/2015 Received notification of biometrics

4/17/2015 Biometrics done as scheduled.

4/27/2015 i-485 online status changed ready to schedule an interview. YAY!!!

5/21/2015 i-485 interview is scheduled for June 23rd!!! OMG so surprised!!!!

5/23/2015 i-485 interview notice received in hand

5/29/2015 i-765 is approved and new card is ordered to be produced.

6/05/2015 i-765 approval notice received

6/06/2015 EAD received in hand !!!

6/23/2015 i-485 and i-130 got approved on the spot!!!! waiting for green card to arrive!!

6/29/2015 i-485 and i-130 approval notices received in mail. (welcome letter) YAY!!!

7/09/2015 Finally, received my green card in hand!!!!

ROC Journey now

6/02/2017 i751 package to CSC

6/03/2017 i751 was received by CSC

6/06/2017 check was cashed

6/08/2017 NOA 1 received in mail

6/17/2017 NOA 2 received in mail. Biometrics is scheduled on 6/29/2017 

8/29/2018 Case status changed to "Approved", now waiting for Permanent green card to be delivered!

9/08/2018 10 year GC was delivered.   This journey finally ended today!! yay

Hi.

Went to the interview today and it went very good. It was a great officer and just an routine interview. Officer said case is approvable and will be approved anytime soon. I just don't know when and gave us a letter explaining everything.

Feel happy but can't wait for the status to change to approved.

DAY 19 - March 21, 2015: NOA for Biometrics Appointment scheduled on 04/01/2015

DAY 77 - May 19, 2015: EAD and AP has been approved "We ordered your new card"

DAY 84 - May 26, 2015: We mailed your EAD to the address you gave us/USPS picked up the Card

DAY 85 - May 27, 2015: Interview Scheduled for June 29, 2015.

** May 29: Traveled with my AP back to my country and came back three weeks after with no problems Click here to ready the report **

DAY 117 - June 29, 2015: Had our interview. Approved on the spot.

DAY 124 - July 6, 2015: Welcome noticed received.

DAY 134 - July 16, 2015: Green Card delivered to my home by USPS - END OF AOS -

Dear VJ members,

My Form I-485 status on the USCIS website, which stated "As of May 8, we are ready to schedule your interview" changed today to "As of June 28, we are ready to schedule your interview."

Anybody had similar situation?

I have the same situation. Didnt understand the reasin either. My guess is that there is a general update and its just another update...

Ead approve since June 19 got approval mail yet to receive card.No production order or updates.

Hi Guys

My husband and I called USCIS yesterday and spoke to a tier 2 officer because we had received a RFE on 6/9 and we responded to it via UPS and we know it was received by USCIS because we tracked it and it says it was signed by someone in the office but yet there was no update on the website. I asked the tier 2 officer why the status wasn't changed online he said at this moment we should not depend on the website for updates because they do not have the time anymore to update online because they are so behind. He said the best thing to do is call customer service and check our mail box frequently. So hope this help a bit.

Tossy, thanks for your response. I have no problem with an update as long as this update does not takes our case to the back of interview scheduling line - it had been almost 2 months from the date "ready to schedule" status first appeared on the website.

I-130 (as part of IR-5 process) - USCIS (Nebraska Service Center)

06/09/14 - sent I-130

06/14/14 - NOA 1

11/14/14 - NOA 2 (5 months)

AOS (Local Office: Denver)

03/24/15 - AOS packet sent via USPS Priority Mail (I-485, I-765 & I-131 w/ approved I-130)

03/26/15 - package delivered according to USPS website

04/01/15 - email notifying the AOS package has been received

04/02/15 - an AOS fee withdrawn from a bank account

04/09/15 - received hard copies of all three NOAs (NOAs dated 04/01/15)

04/28/15 - Biometrics

05/08/15 - online status changed to "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

05/18/15 - online status changed to I-765 approved-wait the card in the mail (no change for I-131) (80 days)

05/19/15 - received EAD/AP in the mail

05/28/15 - online status changed to "As of June 28, case is ready to be scheduled for an interview." This is the second time of such change since 05/08/15.

07/05/15 - online status changed to "As of July 5, case is ready to be scheduled for an interview." How many times are they going to update that status, I wonder?

12/18/15 - still waiting!!! For almost 9 months now (261 days from AOS NOA, 234 days from Biometrics).

01/14/16 - submitted "out-of-normal processing time" inquiry and called USCIS that stated the case is still at NBC and "inquiry" should answer why there is such delay.

01/15/16 - 294 days since the AOS was received by the USCIS; 262 days from the biometrics.

01/28/16 - [day 309] received response to case status inquiry (processed on 01/23/15) - "your case is waiting to be scheduled for interview," so wait another 90 days [sigh].

02/21/16 - [day 332] interview scheduled for 03/24/16 [363 days from the receipt of petition].

02/24/16 - [day 363] AOS interview. Approval on the spot.

Went to interview and got approved today. The officer is very nice and only asked us how long we know each other and verify our address and date of birth. Pretty painless.

Also some more questions from my form i485..Nothing too difficult. Good luck to everyone! Just be confident

3/20/15: Sent paperwork to USCIS

3/27/15: NOA1 case received

4/22/15: Biometrics

4/20/15: RFE (initial evidence, not enough income to sponsor).

5/1/15: Sent back RFE

5/8/15: RFE received

5/19/15: Case ready for interview

5/26/15: Interview schedule for 6/30/15

so far I havent' received EAD or A/P to travel yet

I pray not. I am past 90 days on this wait game. What should be done now...make a call? We need advice VJ members..

Yea guys I just loging to my my account as well and it my I-130 says it was last updated 6/28/2015 (today) on a Sunday but my I-485 doesn't say it
