Hi March filers.

Tomorrow is my interview really early in the morning I can't wait. Will be reporting the details as soon as I get back from there.

February 28, 2015: AOS Packet Sent via FedEX to Chicago Lockbox: I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131.

DAY 19 - March 21, 2015: NOA for Biometrics Appointment scheduled on 04/01/2015

DAY 77 - May 19, 2015: EAD and AP has been approved "We ordered your new card"

DAY 84 - May 26, 2015: We mailed your EAD to the address you gave us/USPS picked up the Card

DAY 85 - May 27, 2015: Interview Scheduled for June 29, 2015.

** May 29: Traveled with my AP back to my country and came back three weeks after with no problems Click here to ready the report **

DAY 117 - June 29, 2015: Had our interview. Approved on the spot.

DAY 124 - July 6, 2015: Welcome noticed received.

DAY 134 - July 16, 2015: Green Card delivered to my home by USPS - END OF AOS -

22 december 2014 - POE on VWP in EWR

26 december 2014 - married

2015 decided to do AOS

20 march - packet sent

22 march - arrived at chicago (day 1)

27 march - check cashed (day 6)

5 april - bio appointment received for april 15 (day 15)

10 april - sucessfull walkin bio + finally received NOAs (day 20)

15 april - original bio date (day 25)

2 june - EAD approved (day 70)

30 july - e-mail received, interview is scheduled on sept 2 (day 130)

Waiting for interview now..

2 sept - interview (on day 164..)

Congrats to everyone that got some good news today, but I am very confused I got text and email updates today, on my EAD and AP which I got both back on May 13th, with updates then, and the date for the I-130 changed to today but the info did not change, and no date change on the I-485, is there an issue, a meaning or just not worry and go back to lip biting and waiting

Dear VJ members,

My Form I-485 status on the USCIS website, which stated "As of May 8, we are ready to schedule your interview" changed today to "As of June 28, we are ready to schedule your interview."

Anybody had similar situation?

I-130 (as part of IR-5 process) - USCIS (Nebraska Service Center)

06/09/14 - sent I-130

06/14/14 - NOA 1

11/14/14 - NOA 2 (5 months)

AOS (Local Office: Denver)

03/24/15 - AOS packet sent via USPS Priority Mail (I-485, I-765 & I-131 w/ approved I-130)

03/26/15 - package delivered according to USPS website

04/01/15 - email notifying the AOS package has been received

04/02/15 - an AOS fee withdrawn from a bank account

04/09/15 - received hard copies of all three NOAs (NOAs dated 04/01/15)

04/28/15 - Biometrics

05/08/15 - online status changed to "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

05/18/15 - online status changed to I-765 approved-wait the card in the mail (no change for I-131) (80 days)

05/19/15 - received EAD/AP in the mail

05/28/15 - online status changed to "As of June 28, case is ready to be scheduled for an interview." This is the second time of such change since 05/08/15.

07/05/15 - online status changed to "As of July 5, case is ready to be scheduled for an interview." How many times are they going to update that status, I wonder?

12/18/15 - still waiting!!! For almost 9 months now (261 days from AOS NOA, 234 days from Biometrics).

01/14/16 - submitted "out-of-normal processing time" inquiry and called USCIS that stated the case is still at NBC and "inquiry" should answer why there is such delay.

01/15/16 - 294 days since the AOS was received by the USCIS; 262 days from the biometrics.

01/28/16 - [day 309] received response to case status inquiry (processed on 01/23/15) - "your case is waiting to be scheduled for interview," so wait another 90 days [sigh].

02/21/16 - [day 332] interview scheduled for 03/24/16 [363 days from the receipt of petition].

02/24/16 - [day 363] AOS interview. Approval on the spot.

Yea guys I just loging to my my account as well and it my I-130 says it was last updated 6/28/2015 (today) on a Sunday but my I-485 doesn't say it

Aos local office is Chula Vista, Ca

Yea guys I just loging to my my account as well and it my I-130 says it was last updated 6/28/2015 (today) on a Sunday but my I-485 doesn't say it

so we are both in Chula Vista Office and got same thing today

I know I hope so our timelines are almost the same except I did walk in my biometrics were on 4/21/2015

with many getting notices today, I just wonder what it mean for us

Just got an email today the 28th that said are EAD and AP were approved on the 24th. So fingers crossed we'll get an in-production message soon!

3/31/2015 - Sent package

4/2/2015 - Package received at Chicago lockbox

4/8/2015 - Receive txt and email NOA

4/13/2015 - Receive hardcopy NOA

4/16/2015 - Receive Biometrics appt for 4/28

4/22/2015 - Walk in biometrics completed

6/28/2015 - I-130, AP, EAD changed to Approved.

97 days today and my status is still we received fingerprintfee sooooo frustrating!! Grrrr

Going to apply for SSN tmrw. Hopefully not a long wait in line.. How long did it take at the SS office for u guys?

3/20/15: Sent paperwork to USCIS

3/27/15: NOA1 case received

4/22/15: Biometrics

4/20/15: RFE (initial evidence, not enough income to sponsor).

5/1/15: Sent back RFE

5/8/15: RFE received

5/19/15: Case ready for interview

5/26/15: Interview schedule for 6/30/15

so far I havent' received EAD or A/P to travel yet
