Just received the EAD/AP card in the mail! I'm so happy right now! The only thing that can make me happier now is if I get an letter for a scheduled interview in the mail.

One question though, I'm currently on OPT-EAD, should I go to the school and update them with the new EAD/AP card info? Then, what status will I be in terms of international/resident? Since I won't use the OPT-EAD card anymore, I guess I won't be on the F-1 status anymore. Is there such a thing as AOS status? And do I still need to report to the international student's office at school?

What December filers for July??? Thats terrible and I was hoping to go with my husband to Istanbul to visit my Family. Can we travel with I-131 for like 2 weeks to visit family or do you need a serious reason to travel?

I received a "I-797, Notice of Action" on Saturday saying that my I-765 and I-131 have been approved. Does this mean I will get the card soon? If so, how soon?

Does the I-797 cover me if I leave the country and come back?

I filed an online inquiry last Saturday as I am on day 80+ for my EAD. Today on USCIS case history, it shows that it was assigned to an officer for response, followed by we sent a response regarding the case to your inquiry was completed. I have checked my E-mail and I did not receive anything. Does anyone know what this means?
