I called again and spoke to Tier 2 representative. She told me that there was a mistake and that they are now processing cases field on March 18th and i should wait a little more

I called yesterday to open a service request because it was out of the 75 days Time Frame...

I just got an email saying:

The status of this service request is:

Upon receipt of your request for expeditious handling, your case was reviewed and a determination was made that we need additional information to make a decision regarding your request. Please fax proof of a pending job offer to the following number: 816-251-2290, Attn: LA12345xxx, Div5 Tm2. All foreign language documents must be accompanied by a full English translation. Please include this notice with your fax.

I don't understand why Expedite and why i should send Proof of a pending job offer. I just told them i want a service request because its been more then 75 days and i didn't tell them i have a pending job offer What the hack?

What do you guys think i should do now?

Usually u expedite when you have a pending job offer or have found a job you have got to work at thats like 90% why people expedite it like i did mine and it was because i got offered a job

So far, no luck for me. I first contacted one of the senator's office last week and haven't heard anything back since then. I called them back yesterday but been told that the person in charge of immigration matter is being replaced. Hoping for the best, I then called uscis to open an inquiry yesterday around 11:30 am. I just checked my online status and it shows this : As of June 15, 2015, your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, referral number T*****************MSC, is currently not assigned for processing.

I don't know if this is normal but let's the waiting continue.. It's day 82 today..

Just a reminder that we shouldn't expect to get an update via email, text or on the USCIS site. Currently none of those methods have been updating on a timely fashion. As of June 9th they have been having system issues that are impeding from getting any real time updates. As of yesterday, the issue was still not resolved. Sucks as we have to resort to just checking our mailboxes at home on a daily basis.

Oh my gosh, checked the mailbox today (postal mail, not e-mail) and I got the I-797 letter telling me that my EAD/AP card is approved! Actually the phrasing on there says "The form I-766, Employment Authorization Document with I-512 endorsement, will be sent to you separately". I'm guessing that's what they call the EAD/AP card. It's printed on rather thick and official-looking government paper, much different from the NOA letter I got when I applied for OPT-EAD.

And yes, I can confirm that my status online on USCIS website hasn't changed at all. They must be having some sort of system glitch where they can't update electronically.

Guess I'll check the mailbox everyday now for the actual card!

Day 76 I submitted a request to expedite AP, now it's day 82 I've not heard anything.

Call and talknto tier 2 representative ask for an update because uscis website not being upsatwd since june 6 or did what i did ask for ombudsman assistance on your case or just wait until your interview its less than 2 weeks away the ap would be redundant at this point since your interview is june 30

No update from b uscis website is a bit irritating i know my ead was aporoved on 6/13, but not sure if card is in production or yet mailed to me

Yay, just got an email saying GC was picked up and mailed on June 16th. I checked the tracking number and we should receive it on Friday
