I think the Uscis online is system is messed up since the national hack on the federal government two weeks ago !!! Bc I notice a lot of cases are not updating but the. Still receiving stuff in the mail

Checked the mailbox after work and was really surprised to find a letter from USCIS. Our interview is scheduled on July 21!!! It came when I less expected and wasn't even hoping to hear something soon. No emails or case status changes online though,it still shows "RFE review".

Congrats!!! What a pleasant surprise.

SOOOO HHAPPY just opended my mail box and my EAD was inside its approved i CAN NOW WORK YEY !!!!!

Ead approved from 6/13/15 nothing changed on uscis site

I applied for ombudsman assitance on 06/08/2015 and got an email on 06/15/2015 stating:

Dear Sir/Madam,

The Office of the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman (Ombudsmans Office) has reviewed your request for assistance.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has indicated that it approved your EAD application on 6/13/15. You should receive your card by mail at the address you provided to USCIS. If you do not receive your card within 30 days, please contact USCIS at 1-800-375-5283.

*i130 accepted and assigned to Vermont Service Center - February 24,2015

I called yesterday to open a service request because it was out of the 75 days Time Frame...

I just got an email saying:

The status of this service request is:

Upon receipt of your request for expeditious handling, your case was reviewed and a determination was made that we need additional information to make a decision regarding your request. Please fax proof of a pending job offer to the following number: 816-251-2290, Attn: LA12345xxx, Div5 Tm2. All foreign language documents must be accompanied by a full English translation. Please include this notice with your fax.

I don't understand why Expedite and why i should send Proof of a pending job offer. I just told them i want a service request because its been more then 75 days and i didn't tell them i have a pending job offer :) What the hack?

What do you guys think i should do now?

I think you should call again and ask to speak with Tire 2 representative. When they transfer you, just explain the whole situation and see what they can do about it.

I called yesterday to open a service request because it was out of the 75 days Time Frame...

I just got an email saying:

The status of this service request is:

Upon receipt of your request for expeditious handling, your case was reviewed and a determination was made that we need additional information to make a decision regarding your request. Please fax proof of a pending job offer to the following number: 816-251-2290, Attn: LA12345xxx, Div5 Tm2. All foreign language documents must be accompanied by a full English translation. Please include this notice with your fax.

I don't understand why Expedite and why i should send Proof of a pending job offer. I just told them i want a service request because its been more then 75 days and i didn't tell them i have a pending job offer :) What the hack?

What do you guys think i should do now?

call back and ask to speak to a tier 2 representative

*i485, i765 filed along with i797c for i130 accepted -- March 31,2015

*biometrics completed at East Hartford ASC ---- April 27,2015

*EAD approved(found out via uscis ombudsman) -- June 13,2015

*EAD picked up by USPS --- June 19, 2015

*notification: EAD delivered by USPS to my mailbox (none seen) --- June 20, 2015

* received EAD in mail ------- June 22,2015

* applied for SSN -------- June 25, 2015

* went to local SSA office and got SSN (not card) --- June 30, 2015

*i130 approved ----- July 1,2015

*received SSN card in mail ---- July 2,2015
