By the way, a quick question...

When i submitted all that paperwork, i submitted my husbands US Passport copies instead of his birth certificate.

Do i need to bring his birth certificate to the interview or is his US Passport enough. I'm asking because his Birth Certificate is in spanish and it was a little expensive to have it translated.

Thanks.

They asked for birth certificate in interview. They didn't even want my passport.

I believe the USCIS tracker online has a six or seven day delay from when things are approved on your case until they are uploaded to that site. Seems that people are getting news about their case snail mail before they get a text, email or site update. In my case they received my application on March 31st but nothing was updated in the system until April 6th. According to VJ, they are working on cases from March 31st. I will be checking my mail diligently the next few days to see if anything has arrived. Until then, the wait continues.... :clock:

NOA date is March 31st, biometric appointment was April 24th. Didn't have any RFE. My status has not changed since March 31th! I start wondering if they lost it. Going to call Monday as it will be Day 75 since NOA1

Anybody else in the same case, with about the same timeline?

No change for me since NOA1 on March 24th (says received on 18th though). Put in a service request and still no speeding up. Approaching the 90 day deadline and I will get my congressman involved. Looks like we are less lucky than some other people on this thread :(
