Just checked I-756 status online and nothing has changed, also, right under "Next Steps" on the bottom right, it said "As of June 3, 2015, your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, referral number TxxxxxxxxxxMSC, is currently not assigned for processing."

Did anyone have this? What does it mean? Are they ignoring it?

I guess it jus simply means ur inquiry is not being processed yet. I can feel you, I hate this uncertain thing too. but based on ur timeline, I think u will hear some good news very soon!

Yes I did, its a good thing. Your case enquiry has been added to the system and someone will pick up your application pretty soon (tomorrow possibly) and start looking at it. I saw mine approved before it actually said case assigned for processing. All is good with what it says.

04-06-2015: Early walk in for Biometrics complete 6th April, walked in at 3pm and spoke with the centre manager

05-14-2015: Expedite request made

06-02-2015: EAD/AP card in production and to be distributed.

Did anyone else had a notification from USCIS app on iPhone saying that your case status has changed from "Fee received" to "case approved"?

Two mornings in a row I woke up with this notification, but then when I access the app, notice had changed.

I wonder if it's a malfunction of the app?

Two times I had hope but nothing! Very frustrating..

This started to happen after the update, i think because now they have some adds they want you to open the app and click some of their adds :)

I disabled the notification of the app now i check by myself

This started to happen after the update, i think because now they have some adds they want you to open the app and click some of their adds :)

I disabled the notification of the app now i check by myself

I will do the same, this morning I had 22 notifications from the app!!!

Yup, this morning I checked again and it said that it has been assigned to an officer. I also got an email that said the case is now under review and I should hear back within 60(!) days.

No status change yet, but hopefully soon!

04/15/2015 (Day 29): Biometrics done

06/03/2015 (Day 77): called USCIS to open up a case inquiry, case was not assigned anyone.

06/05/2015 (Day 79): received email confirmation of case inquiry. Case assigned to officer, standard reply that the case is under review, blah blah.

06/11/2015 (Day 85): apparently NOA is issued on this day, EAD/AP approved the day before, see next line.

06/16/2015 (Day 90): received hardcopy NOA in mailbox, EAD/AP approved. No updates electronically.

06/19/2015 (Day 93): EAD/AP combo card received in mail! Online status suddenly changed to card delivered.

07/13/2015 (Day 117): received electronic NOA for I-485, interview scheduled for August 13th!

08/13/2015 (Day 147): interview! I think we are approved?

08/29/2015 (Day 163): e-notification that card is being produced!

08/31/2015 (Day 165): I-130 approved, welcome notice mailed.

09/03/2015 (Day 168): Card mailed.

09/08/2015 (Day 173): Received green card!

Jus received my EAD card in hand as of today 6/6/2015. It has been 74 days since USCIS accepted my application on 3/24/2015.

cannot wait for my interview coming up in less than 3 weeks!!

I jus cant be happier and more excited !!! :goofy:

3/20/15: Sent paperwork to USCIS

3/27/15: NOA1 case received

4/22/15: Biometrics

4/20/15: RFE (initial evidence, not enough income to sponsor).

5/1/15: Sent back RFE

5/8/15: RFE received

5/19/15: Case ready for interview

5/26/15: Interview schedule for 6/30/15

so far I havent' received EAD or A/P to travel yet

Yea dude a least you have your interview coming !!! I don't even know when I'm having mine yet.... It's getting really annoying not knowing my local office Chula Vista is not as Bussy as other and they're still taking a long time :/

Got my updated SS card with my new last name today. It was pretty quick, I applied less than a week ago.

Still no news on my RFE response. Well, it's only 2 weeks left until the date they stated, so after that I assume I can try to open a service inquire or at list call them.

I'm thinking about making an InfoPass appointment, not sure if it'd be useful though.

February 8, 2021 A hard copy of the interview letter was received

March 16, 2021 The interview was completed successfully

Hi!

Did you get any text or email notifications when your EAD got approved? I signed up for notifications but didn't get any, however, I received an EAD approval hard copy in the mail today! Wondering how long I should wait for the EAD card to show up.
