I can't post my timeline for some reasons.

but sent out my application on 3/27, got one rfe and now they say my interview date is 6/30! pretty smooth for my case

3/20/15: Sent paperwork to USCIS

3/27/15: NOA1 case received

4/22/15: Biometrics

4/20/15: RFE (initial evidence, not enough income to sponsor).

5/1/15: Sent back RFE

5/8/15: RFE received

5/19/15: Case ready for interview

5/26/15: Interview schedule for 6/30/15

so far I havent' received EAD or A/P to travel yet

Wow, that was super fast especially with RFE! Congratulations and the best of luck to you! May I ask was your RFE for initial or additional evidence and how long did it take for your case to move from "RFE response recevied" to your interview date?

May 6, 2020 NOA was sent to me. Estimated case completion time December 2020 (7 months)

May 11, 2020 A hard copy of NOA was received

December 22, 2020 Biometric reuse notice was issued

December 31, 2020 A hard copy of the biometric reuse notice was received

February 4, 2021 Received an update online that the interview is scheduled for March 16th

February 8, 2021 A hard copy of the interview letter was received

March 16, 2021 The interview was completed successfully 

March186 2021 The Oath Ceremony and the end of my immigration journey 😊

August 9, 2018 "Card was mailed to you"  August 11, 2018 New card was delivered to an old address by USCIS's mistake

August 13, 2018 Brother-in-law went to our old residence to pick up a card from the current residents August 16, 2018 Card was mailed to me

July 28, 2015, Got texts and emails for case updates. Form I-130: the petition was approved. Form I-485: new card has been ordered and welcome notice was mailed
August 3, 2015, Welcome notice and NOA2 for I-130 received      August 20, 2015, Email notification "Card has been mailed"
August 22, 2015, Green Card received

Thank you Lettyana, I just updated my timeline as signature per your suggestion :).

My rfe was intial evidence, they say my i-864 doesn't prove enough income. I see that it's moving pretty fast, but as now I haven't got my authorization to work or travel documents (which i can't wait to get).

I guess the local office in Tampa FL is working fast. I wish the Orlando FL will hurry up aswell..

22 december 2014 - POE on VWP in EWR

26 december 2014 - married

2015 decided to do AOS

20 march - packet sent

22 march - arrived at chicago (day 1)

27 march - check cashed (day 6)

5 april - bio appointment received for april 15 (day 15)

10 april - sucessfull walkin bio + finally received NOAs (day 20)

15 april - original bio date (day 25)

2 june - EAD approved (day 70)

30 july - e-mail received, interview is scheduled on sept 2 (day 130)

Waiting for interview now..

2 sept - interview (on day 164..)

I noticed we have the same local office when did you do your biometrics ?

Aos local office is Chula Vista, Ca

I-485/I-130

Sent package March 25, 2015

NOA mail receipts April 7,2105

I-130 June 28,2015 updated but status is still case recieved

I had the biometrics appointment on April 24th. I see our timelines are very similar. I'm in Oceanside so idk if my local office is actually San Diego or Chula Vista.

Yes same with me, nothing had changed since March 26th. It seems like March cases start having their EAD and interview appointment now!

01/16/2015: Favorable recommendation send to USCIS
01/26/2015: USCIS approved my hardship case
02/01/2015: Received hard copy I-612 approval notice

2/20/15 Traveled to Mexico via air with I-131 DACA

2/23/15 Returned/Paroled to USA via air

3/11/15 Sent I-485, I-130, and I-131

3/12/15 Received by USCIS according to USPS

3/21/15 Received I-797C for all applications

3/28/15 Received Biometrics Appointment

3/30/15 Walked-In to Biometrics

6/2/15 AP Document Approved (Day 82)

9/4/15 Received Interview Notice for 10/8/2015 (Day 175)

when (after how many days) can one ask his state representatives (senator or congressman) to look into his case process?

- 03/25/2015 : Package sent via USPS certified mail with return receipt.

- 03/27/2015 : Notification from USPS - Package delivered and signed for at 7am.

- 04/01/2015 : Emails/Texts from USCIS.

- 04/02/2015 : Money was taken out of bank account.

- 04/06/2015 : Hard copies of receipts.

- 04/10/2015 : Biometrics letter in mail. Scheduled for 04/20

- 04/20/2015 : Biometrics completed. In and out in 5 min.

- 05/15/2015 : Opened a service request about the EAD

- 05/19/2015 : EAD card picked up by post office.

- 05/19/2015 : EAD card delivered.

- 08/25/2015 : Interview scheduled for 09/29/2015 (approved on spot)

- 10/03/2015 : Card received (4 days after interview)
