Great to hear that EADs/APs are being approved! I'm on day 69 (42 days since biometrics, and am yet to hear a peep). Congrats to all of you who have, or are in the process of receiving your cards!

I'm travelling outside the country next Thursday, so was really hopeful to have my EAD/AP card before then, just as a safety net (though i don't need either).

Oh well, still hopeful that they come through soon!

I just received this email a few minutes ago with the message below. Today is day 69 since USCIS received my AOS package. Finally, I am going to get my EAD! I am sending out my job applications tomorrow. :dancing:

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production

On May 12, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXX, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to
www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Congratulations awe787,

Just a question. Did you file FEBRUARY 27 or MARCH 4?

I mean when you se your NOA for I-765 there's a place where it says RECEIVE DATE.

Mine is March 03, 2015. May I know yours?

Thanks!

awe787,

congratulations!!! Thank you for sharing, you give us all a hope that we will be getting ours soon. I guess you will get your EAD pretty soon, because they already put it for the production. If I get it right usually people get email/text with the approval first, but yours is already saying it's in the production :) Congrats again!!!

Great! I am so happy for you Awe787... Yeah! go put in for some jobs.

Congrats, Great news. Seems like they have started to work on our cases now

Great news, congrats Awe787!!..There is hope for the rest of us;)

Hi everyone - I have a few questions:

-We are moving at the end of June and I'm beginning to get worried we might not have an interview by then. I know we simply change our address online, but if/when we get an ointerview will we have to trek back to this part of the country for it or will they switch offices? (Currently in Indianapolis, likely next office in NYC) Does this delay things?

-Is there anything to do to speed up EAD at this point in our process? I don't think so, but we're desperate since his employment ends June 31 and the next job begins July 1 if he can provide EAD!

Thanks!

Today I phoned up and asked to expedite my case due to financial loss and being offered a job in Kurdistan. Does anyone know what will happen next, the woman on the phone said the case will be reviewed and can take up to 5 days but financial loss isn't really a good enough excuse to expedite. Do USCIS require you to send in additional information when this is done?

Make info-pass, we tried to have ours expedited for AP, but was to we didn't meet the requirements, but the IO called the benefits center with standing there looking on, and asked if they would do one day processing which they did, when in on 6th approved on 8th, got AP on 11th and EAD on 13th

EAD approved and card/document production, as well as AP approval yesterday afternoon. This was 79 days from NOA1. I made an USCIS inquiry on the 76th day and wrote to my Senator, not sure which if any worked lol. However, my Senator did get back to me with an update of all 4 cases at 1pm yesterday and within that hour my case status changed for the EAD and AP. I like to think his office pushed this along but not sure. Either way very happy:).

Thanks RnZ. They addressed my I-485 & I-130 together, although my case status has not changed for "Ready for Interview" I am optimistic:):

According to the system the two cases listed above will be adjudicated together and these cases has now been mark ready for interview and placed into the scheduling queue, once the field office schedule the cases for interview. The applicants will receive an appointment notice telling them what date and time to appear for their scheduled interview. Please do a follow up in 30 days to see if or what decision was made to move this case forward.

Well that is really good news. It also means you do not have to worry about RFE.

So Basically your case is ready to be scheduled for interview but no one updated your case status. I have a feeling my case is in same situation. Lets keep waiting and hope for the best :)

I got a reply about my expedite, the email i received told me to fax a employment offer on company headed paper, but then shortly after it says case expedited was completed. Does this mean its been expedited or that its completed as in that said no and want more info? Anyone been in a similar situation?
