I did biometrics on April 21st my local office is Chula Vista hopefully I'll get my interview soon although I have a really strong feeling that I might get it next week I received no refs

Its been two months today ....

No change in status so far...... :ranting:

Adjusting from F-1 Visa

Day XX >> March 07,2015 --- Sent AOS Package containing I-130, I-485, I-765.
Day 01 >> March 09, 2015 --- USPS delivered the package to Chicago Lockbox.
Day 08 >> March 16, 2015 --- Received text messages and email notifications for 3 different Receipt numbers.
Day 09 >> March 17, 2015 --- Checks were cashed.
Day 12 >> March 20, 2015 --- Received NOA1 for I-130, I-485 and I-765.

Day 20 >> March 28, 2015 --- Received letter for biometrics appointment.
Day 29 >> April 6, 2015 --- Successfully completed the scheduled biometrics appointment (took only 10 minutes, very good staff in Albany :thumbs: )

Day 79 >> May 26, 2015 --- Contacted USCIS to raise a service request for I-765

Day 80 >> May 27, 2015 --- Received an email notification and the case status for I-765 changed to indicate that employment card for I-765 was ordered

Day 85 >> June 01, 2015 --- EAD Card was mailed

Day 88 >> June 04, 2015 --- Received the EAD Card

Day 117 >> July 03, 2015 --- Received the email and the case status for I-485 changed to show interview is scheduled for July 30.

Day 144 >> July 30, 2015 --- Had our interview and got approved immediately. Case status was updated to show that the Green Card is being produced :)

Day 166 >> August 21, 2015 --- Case status updated to "Green card was mailed" (did not see any tracking number)

Day 169 >> August 24, 2015 --- Received 2 year Conditional GC in mail. :dance:

Great news!

Were the National Benefits Center handling your case or did it go straight to the Boise office?

Trying to see if anyone who's application is being handled by MSC had any status move forward towards interview as yet!

I sent the package to the Chicago Lockbox and it was then sent to the National Benefits Center for processing so I'm guessing it was all done through there.

3-25-15 I-145 and I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox

3-27-15 USPS confirmation of delivery

04-02-15 Receipts received via text message and email

04-28-15 Biometrics appointment completed

05-07-15 E-mail notice of change in my application to scheduled interview

06-12-15 Interview appointment scheduled for this date

06-12-15 AOS approved at the interview

 

3-15-18 N-400 Submitted online

3-15-18 NOA and receipt online

3-19-18 NOA paper copy received

4-4-18  Biometrics Appointment

Great news!

I did my biometrics on the 6th of April and had no change so don't think too far ahead, I'm not expecting any change until at least the end of May/June.

Adjustment of Status (AOS), Removal of Conditions (ROC) Followed by N400 

 

AOS from ESTA

03-13-2015: AOS Packet Mailed to Chicago Lockbox Facility via USPS

03-14-2015: Arrived at Post Office Chicago, IL

03-17-2015: AOS Packet received by USCIS

03-23-2015: Text/ Email Notification: Notice of Acceptance

03-28-2015: NOA1 for AOS, AP & EAD received in the mail

04-03-2015: Notice of Appointment for Biometrics on the 14th of April at 9 a.m arrived with lawyer

04-07-2015: Notice of Appointment for Biometrics on the 14th of April at 9 a.m arrived at my address (lot slower)

04-06-2015: Early walk in for Biometrics complete 6th April, walked in at 3pm and spoke with the centre manager

05-14-2015: Expedite request made

05-15-2015: USCIS site says expedite complete but no change.

06-01-2015: Case enquiry opened with USCIS as its passed 75 days.

06-02-2015: EAD/AP card in production and to be distributed.

06-05-2014: Hard copy notice to say EAD approved.

06-08-2015: EAD Card arrived in the mail.

08-25-2015: 161 Days since filing and no interview date.

01-12-2016: 300 Days since filingand no interview date.

02-24-2016: Case scheduled for Interview March 26th 2016 (347 days after filing and will be well over a year come interview date).

04-02-2016: GREEN CARD ARRIVED.

I have waited 3 years to start this process, a couple of weeks more waiting for EAD wont kill me. Do you guys think I'm past the stage of getting an RFE for I-864? Somebody already said one can receive a RFE at anytime but shouldnt I have got it by now ? Specially if it was I-864 related? I was almost sure I would get one

-NOA email/text 03/13/15

-NOA in the mail 03/20/15

- 03/25/2015 : Package sent via USPS certified mail with return receipt.

- 03/27/2015 : Notification from USPS - Package delivered and signed for at 7am.

- 04/01/2015 : Emails/Texts from USCIS.

- 04/02/2015 : Money was taken out of bank account.

- 04/06/2015 : Hard copies of receipts.

- 04/10/2015 : Biometrics letter in mail. Scheduled for 04/20

- 04/20/2015 : Biometrics completed. In and out in 5 min.

- 05/15/2015 : Opened a service request about the EAD

- 05/19/2015 : EAD card picked up by post office.

- 05/19/2015 : EAD card delivered.

- 08/25/2015 : Interview scheduled for 09/29/2015 (approved on spot)

- 10/03/2015 : Card received (4 days after interview)

3/17/2015 sent out my whole AOS package thru overnight delivery

3/18/2015 received by USCIS in Chicago

3/24/2015 3 Text/e-mail notifications received

3/28/2015 Hardcopies of NOAs in the mailbox (i-130, i-485, i-765)

4/06/2015 Received notification of biometrics

4/17/2015 Biometrics done as scheduled.

4/27/2015 i-485 online status changed ready to schedule an interview. YAY!!!

5/21/2015 i-485 interview is scheduled for June 23rd!!! OMG so surprised!!!!

5/23/2015 i-485 interview notice received in hand

5/29/2015 i-765 is approved and new card is ordered to be produced.

6/05/2015 i-765 approval notice received

6/06/2015 EAD received in hand !!!

6/23/2015 i-485 and i-130 got approved on the spot!!!! waiting for green card to arrive!!

6/29/2015 i-485 and i-130 approval notices received in mail. (welcome letter) YAY!!!

7/09/2015 Finally, received my green card in hand!!!!

6/03/2017 i751 was received by CSC

6/06/2017 check was cashed

6/08/2017 NOA 1 received in mail

6/17/2017 NOA 2 received in mail. Biometrics is scheduled on 6/29/2017 

8/29/2018 Case status changed to "Approved", now waiting for Permanent green card to be delivered!

9/08/2018 10 year GC was delivered.   This journey finally ended today!! yay

Well I really hope you get, I had appointment at same office for April 22, but did walk in on 10th, so if you get hope im not far behind

Btw, how did you know? Did you check the status or received an email? I am curious if they send the email or update the status this early in the morning...

Yay! Great news this morning! Interview is on June 10th!!!!

Wow Congrats!!!!! Seems like the interviews are coming in yayyyy!!! I filed the first week of March but I got an RFE so I'm expecting to be at least 4 weeks behind :unsure: But I"m really happy to see the rest getting the interviews :D

We received an update via text and email. Then checked the website and the case was updated :)
