I called uscis on the double bio dates and i was asked to ignore the second notice especially since i have had the fingerprint done. Also checked on my status today and i have my i485 ready to be scheduled for an interview! i130 still has the same case was received status though. Is this ok...? Goodluck to us all.

Hi Tossy,

It looks like you're the first of the March filers to have their I-485 ready to be scheduled for interview - congrats! Would you mind putting up your timeline so others can see how many days into the process you are for comparison? Thanks so much,

Kate.

Found this on the USCIS processing times site, thought it could be useful for this forum. We can now inquire about the EAD card after 75 days vs. the original 90 days.

Important Information About Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization:

You can now submit inquiries about the status of your Form I-765 after your case has been pending more than 75 days.

Yeah no changes here since the NOA 1 either - biometrics was done mid April - the waiting sucks, but I try thinking of it that in the end a few extra weeks / months wont matter as long as I get approved.

I also am in a good situation since I have an L1 - so I I'm working currently - the work permit is just a nice have in case I would loose my job or they want me to move to my home country orso. Hopefully we'll start seeing some action soon though :-)

03/18/15: Send application

03/22/15: Application received

03/25/15: NOA 1 emails/texts

04/13/15: biomnetrics appointment letter

04/16/15: successful biometrics appointment

06/10/15: Received email - EAD picked up by post office!

06/11/15: Received EAD

06/18/15: Received interview notice in the mail for July 20th 2015 (was send on 06/12/15)
