Hi everyone. I have a bio appointment for 05/04/2015. Did a successful walk in 04/30/2015. Today, i got another bio appointment letter for fingerprints for 05/11/2015.

Should i call uscis or just ignore?

Hi MichaeinJanice what reason/evidence did you have to provide when you called if you don't mind sharing with me? My job requires me to travel to the Middle East and need to get back to work before my position is handed to someone else.

Sometimes USCIS makes this error. In this case they recommend you carry both notices to your appointment.So what you can do now is just wait till may 11th, then carry both notices even if the earlier one was already stamped.They may do another finger printing or just stamp the new notice.

I called the 800 number, I was just ask the reason, which was my wife's mother had stroke and her uncle died

We have the same thing going on. Could it be because of the unrest that went on in Baltimore last week?. I already did a walk in and got stamped.

I suspect its because of the unrest early in the week in Baltimore. There is also one of us here with the same issue. I plan on calling uscis monday. Thanks

I just got it like an hour ago. The RFE is about I-864, which I was so afraid of. I'm trying to figure out now what they didn't like about it.

Here is a part of my cover letter:

I-864 Affidavit of Support

Letter from employer confirming proof of employment and annual income

2014 IRS tax transcript

2014 Federal Tax Return and W-2 forms

Pay stub(s) from the most recent 4 months

Explanation letter for 2013 tax year and supportive documents (my husband wasn't working during 2013)

It looks like our timelines are pretty similar. I saw your note about your RFE and I'm a little confused. Has your status changed to something different from "We received your response for RFE" or you've never get this status update at all?

Mine is the same is yours. Well it's been only 2 weeks since they got our answer, so I'm not really worried, even so I'd love to see any updates. I only hope that we will hear something about EAD this week or at least next one. I'm not in a hurry with a green card, but I can't wait to get EAD, so I can work again and renew my driver license.

Also for me EAD is more important than Green Card
