Hi everyone,

jus a quick update, I have received my notice of scheduling my biometrics on Apr.17th.

well... i guess i am still waiting for my RFE since I need to submit more evidence of my partner being qualifying as a sponsor. ugh!!!!

3/17/2015 sent out my whole AOS package thru overnight delivery

3/18/2015 received by USCIS in Chicago

3/24/2015 3 Text/e-mail notifications received

3/28/2015 Hardcopies of NOAs in the mailbox (i-130, i-485, i-765)

4/06/2015 Received notification of biometrics

4/17/2015 Biometrics done as scheduled.

4/27/2015 i-485 online status changed ready to schedule an interview. YAY!!!

5/21/2015 i-485 interview is scheduled for June 23rd!!! OMG so surprised!!!!

5/23/2015 i-485 interview notice received in hand

5/29/2015 i-765 is approved and new card is ordered to be produced.

6/05/2015 i-765 approval notice received

6/06/2015 EAD received in hand !!!

6/23/2015 i-485 and i-130 got approved on the spot!!!! waiting for green card to arrive!!

6/29/2015 i-485 and i-130 approval notices received in mail. (welcome letter) YAY!!!

7/09/2015 Finally, received my green card in hand!!!!

ROC Journey now

6/02/2017 i751 package to CSC

6/03/2017 i751 was received by CSC

6/06/2017 check was cashed

6/08/2017 NOA 1 received in mail

6/17/2017 NOA 2 received in mail. Biometrics is scheduled on 6/29/2017 

8/29/2018 Case status changed to "Approved", now waiting for Permanent green card to be delivered!

9/08/2018 10 year GC was delivered.   This journey finally ended today!! yay

2/18/2016: package sent

2/23/2016: NOA texts/emails received

2/23/2016: checks cashed

3/3/2016: NOA (3 hardcopies) came in the mail

3/24/2016: scheduled biometrics appointment

They sent each one of the text twice to me as well. I had 6 texts/ Emails. But only 3 hard copies. Since i have filled for only 130, 485 & 765

- 03/25/2015 : Package sent via USPS certified mail with return receipt.

- 03/27/2015 : Notification from USPS - Package delivered and signed for at 7am.

- 04/01/2015 : Emails/Texts from USCIS.

- 04/02/2015 : Money was taken out of bank account.

- 04/06/2015 : Hard copies of receipts.

- 04/10/2015 : Biometrics letter in mail. Scheduled for 04/20

- 04/20/2015 : Biometrics completed. In and out in 5 min.

- 05/15/2015 : Opened a service request about the EAD

- 05/19/2015 : EAD card picked up by post office.

- 05/19/2015 : EAD card delivered.

- 08/25/2015 : Interview scheduled for 09/29/2015 (approved on spot)

- 10/03/2015 : Card received (4 days after interview)

At what time of day did people receive their E-Mail/Text NOA1 notifications?

Today is one week since my package was received in Chicago and I have been nervously (stupidly :whistle:) waiting all day

I received the emails and texts around 5-5:30pm, about 4 days after my package was received.

My AOS timeline adjusting from F-1 status

2/18/2016: package sent

2/23/2016: NOA texts/emails received

2/23/2016: checks cashed

3/3/2016: NOA (3 hardcopies) came in the mail

3/24/2016: scheduled biometrics appointment

Successfully completed the biometrics today.

Now hoping to get a clear path to interview without any RFEs. :clock:

I also completed my biometrics today, got there at 8am (my appointment was at 9am) they asked for me to wait as they were working with the ppl scheduled to 8am, they called me back at 9am and I was all set in 20min.

-AOS sent (I-485 I-130 and I-765) 03/06/15

-AOS delivered 03/09/15

-NOA email/text 03/13/15

-NOA in the mail 03/20/15

-Biometric letter 03/27/15

-Biometric appointment 04/06/15

I got the texted messages for all 4 form (130,485,131,765) 7 days after usps showed delivered but I checked my mail today and I only received 2 hard copy for i485 and i131..wondering where the other 2 notices went missing. Is it a normal situation or I have to call uscis to ask? I have 4 receipt numbers from texts

3/20/15: Sent paperwork to USCIS

3/27/15: NOA1 case received

4/22/15: Biometrics

4/20/15: RFE (initial evidence, not enough income to sponsor).

5/1/15: Sent back RFE

5/8/15: RFE received

5/19/15: Case ready for interview

5/26/15: Interview schedule for 6/30/15

so far I havent' received EAD or A/P to travel yet

Good luck chewy! I have my appointment for bio on the 15th in orlando, fl. Im going to try a walk in on friday cause im leaving for NY with my husband on the 13th. Hopefully i wont be sent away but still nervous about it.

If i do get sent away.. Does anybody know if i can do the biometrics out of state in ny on the same time n date? Just curious..

26 december 2014 - married

2015 decided to do AOS

20 march - packet sent

22 march - arrived at chicago (day 1)

27 march - check cashed (day 6)

5 april - bio appointment received for april 15 (day 15)

10 april - sucessfull walkin bio + finally received NOAs (day 20)

15 april - original bio date (day 25)

2 june - EAD approved (day 70)

30 july - e-mail received, interview is scheduled on sept 2 (day 130)

Waiting for interview now..

2 sept - interview (on day 164..)

Hello,

I just got my biometrics done yesterday. I live in the Milwaukee area... As I am soooo bored because my husband works all day long, I am praying to God that I get my work authorization soon.. Does anybody has any idea on how long after the biometrics is done you get the permit to work??
