Hi everyone! I'm a March filer too, adjusting from F1 visa. Been following this thread and anxiously waiting the last few days... But here's my timeline:

3/24/2015: send package to USCIS

3/26/2015: package received (Thursday, so it was the longest weekend ever waiting...)

3/31/2015: NOA1 in email and text

4/1/2015: checks cashed

Now more waiting...

I'm graduating in april 25, can't wait to get my EAD and get a job!!

You sent your package 1 day earlier. I still wait for notifications and they also did not cashed the checks.

So yours is obviously faster than mine.

Nothing yet not a word.It's 10 days.They receive the package though

It took 12 days for me to receive my NOA's. I never received an email or text even though I filled out form. So you should be receiving yours shortly!

Sent the I-130 & I-485 packet to Chicago today. Fingers crossed

Did you receive the RFE yet. What is it about? Can you share copy of your cover letter or tell us the documents you have included with your original submission?

- 03/25/2015 : Package sent via USPS certified mail with return receipt.

- 03/27/2015 : Notification from USPS - Package delivered and signed for at 7am.

- 04/01/2015 : Emails/Texts from USCIS.

- 04/02/2015 : Money was taken out of bank account.

- 04/06/2015 : Hard copies of receipts.

- 04/10/2015 : Biometrics letter in mail. Scheduled for 04/20

- 04/20/2015 : Biometrics completed. In and out in 5 min.

- 05/15/2015 : Opened a service request about the EAD

- 05/19/2015 : EAD card picked up by post office.

- 05/19/2015 : EAD card delivered.

- 08/25/2015 : Interview scheduled for 09/29/2015 (approved on spot)

- 10/03/2015 : Card received (4 days after interview)

Received the biometrics notice today. I'm scheduled at 12pm, April 14th. Finally...it was taking forever.

I just got it like an hour ago. The RFE is about I-864, which I was so afraid of. I'm trying to figure out now what they didn't like about it.

Here is a part of my cover letter:

I-864 Affidavit of Support

• Letter from employer confirming proof of employment and annual income

• 2014 IRS tax transcript

• 2014 Federal Tax Return and W-2 forms

• Pay stub(s) from the most recent 4 months

• Explanation letter for 2013 tax year and supportive documents (my husband wasn't working during 2013)

__N-400__

 

May 5, 2020 Filed N-400 online 

May 6, 2020 NOA was sent to me. Estimated case completion time December 2020 (7 months)

May 11, 2020 A hard copy of NOA was received

December 22, 2020 Biometric reuse notice was issued

December 31, 2020 A hard copy of the biometric reuse notice was received

February 4, 2021 Received an update online that the interview is scheduled for March 16th

February 8, 2021 A hard copy of the interview letter was received

March 16, 2021 The interview was completed successfully

Now that I've got my NOA letters, I'm confused as to what service center is actually processing my application. I sent it to the Chicago Lockbox, and the Chicago field office is the closest place to me. All my receipt numbers starts with "MSC", and on the hardcopy letters, the USCIS office address is in "MO", does that mean it's in Missouri? Are all 4 of my forms at the National Benefits Center?

Well we stated the amount, but didn't include the tax return. But anyway you have to send the transcript for the last tax year, but for the rest it is not mandatory.
