hey guys.... I want to know how long they wil take to schedule interview for an IR2 applicant of a USC ..he just got a case complete last week ...we are in Ghana...I wil be vry grateful for your replies ..Thank you

If he got a case complete last week which I blv is February ending then u will receive an email notice like the middle of this month informing you both about your interview appointment for next month.but if the case complete was early this month then your appointment could be in May.I assume you have an email communication service with nvc because that's faster.

In may? but I thought IR2 visas are always available ...this is ridiculous ....Jesus Christ

he got it early this March...and my case waited for 2months for my brother to get a case complete and now in may?

If u re lucky and there's space you both might be scheduled in April.I know the wait can be very frustrating but it will come.My bro & I were also in IR2 category and lyk you I was very worked out but eventually it came.

I was given a blue slip with the type of visa (immigrant visa) checked on it and date to collect it.When you are given your appointment date you can let us know soo we give you some likely interview questions.since mine too was IR2.

No. A visa number is always available for immediate relatives of a US citizen, such as a spouse.
