Hi everyone! My husband filed I-130 on March 12, at the VSC. We got our NOA1 just a week after... On the USCIS website it says that on Aug. 20th our case has been transferred to another USCIS office. My husband received the notification letter today saying that our case was transferred to CSC. I wonder if anyone else from March filers happen to have the same status like ours? It's quite disappointing and frustrating that our paper has been out there for 5 mos., only to be transferred to another office, when in that span of time, it should've already been processed. Are we gonna have to wait another 5 mos to get a decision from USCIS?

hi rb320

good day, same here..PD MARCH 12 from VSC transfer to CSC. think most of the case of march filer in VSC transfered to VSC. ours too. i dont think so if were going to wait again for another 5 mos. as what my husband said..nothing change for Receipt # and dates..its just the service center whos going to process our paper. we raised the same questions too how come they transfered us to another SC since ours is already due on its processing time but think we have nothing to do with it still we need to wait and follow according to their process schedule. right now..were waiting for our approval...hope all of us here will hear good news one of this days since our case will turn 6 mos. this 12th of sept. thats sucks but we have no choice but to wait..

Hey, same here. I received hard copy of the transfered notice in the mail yesterday. I came across someone whose case was transfered from vermont to California years back and stated that their case was approved in about a week after the transfer. So I pray we'll receive good news this week or coming week. Good luck to us all!

yes...we looking forward too for good news this week and for the coming week. hope sept. is for march filers month and we will be approved soon...

Same here, my hubby got a text message on his phone on 28th of March that they have received our case.

But for some reason, when we check our status online, our PD date is shown as 1st of April.

That's why we are following march and april both topics.

Hubby called last week asking for an update. All the told him was to wait for a bit longer.

if our process doesn't move forward by end of this month, I'm going to quit my job and move to the US to be with him.

Too tired of waiting not knowing anything about our future!
