I will try to hang in there... Thank you for your support. I noticed many people got approved just after trips to see their spouses. It's so hard to say goodbye every time I go home too. Well, hopefully we getting close to be together !

Hey, I'm sure yours is coming soon. Nebraska is doing really well with approvals, you will be celebrating soon. Hang in there.

Update status: got approve today july27. My case was recieved march 20. Such a relieve!!! Thanks god!!! One step closer!!

Congratulations to you that got approve... My husband and me are still waiting, our date was March 3, so still now we are confused why even we dont got news... we are frustrated, :crying: but we are still praying .. in God's time.. :cry:

yes its very hard, anyway did you try to follow up them? I mean write in the email or in USCIS website... or call?

So I just got back today from visiting my lovely wife in DR.......and to my surprise I have my approval notice (NOA2) today!!...wooo hoooo!!!

The approval date was July 22nd. The longest wait is finally over and now we can continue the rest of the process. Hang in there to all who March petitioners....you will get your approvals soon.

I'm waiting for my NOA2 also, :secret: NOA1: March 24, 2015. Hopefully August is our last month waiting. Alot patient. Good luck!

it is too early to call, not even 5 months yet, they will not help you .

Is true.. they will tell you your papers are still within processing time. Specially since now acording to them, they are working on January 16, 2014 cases..i wrote an email directly to Nebraska Service Center on friday to find out what is going on, because they are way off.

hang on there...im pretty sure ours will follow. once you got yours, ours will follow. hopefully u heard good news soon. just hang on... :)

Rp$sp,God grant u your visa this time,but I'm a bit scared about what u said about not front loading ur proof of relationship the first time and thereby rejecting u visa,we did not have guidelines when my husband filed for me,the documents he sent when filing my petition was:i-130,g-325,passport photograph of both of us,his citizenship, affidavit of my brother present at the wedding, marriage certificate, signing fee, and that was it...no phone record no pictures of us and the rest..will this create a future problem..pls help cuz am really worried

They usually ask for a few proof, like pictures from the wedding, times you have been together.. if your husband have visited you .. airline tickets .. things like that.. if he has send you money.. receives.. that is the usual thing they would probably ask for..

Thank u Zoji..but would this delay in serving us noa1?,besides all this other proof like pictures and wedding photos were not included in the i-130 instructions, we followed the instructions exactly as it were..i thought it would be during the interview at the embassy that all this other proofs would be asked..

Yeah .. no you don't need to send any of that with you filling papers.. that is correct, you only need that at the moment of the interview only.. along with whatever documents they ask for... and you are more than welcome.. How long ago did you file?
