Congratulations to all who have been approved recently and good luck to those going to interviews!
I have a question regarding processing times. It shows the NOA1 with January dates are being approved at TSC (I know a few were transferred to CSC)

March 23, 2015 = Priority Date

April 20, 2015 = NOA2

April 28, 2015 = Case was sent to NVC

May 18, 2015 = Received case number and Invoice ID by phone

May 29, 2015 = Filled DS-261

June 1, 2015 = Received Welcome Letter from NVC

June 2, 2015 = AOS "PAID"

June 5, 2015 = Sent AOS/IV packet

June 10, 2015 = SCAN DATE :whistle: :bonk:

June 12, 2015 = DS 261 Completed

June 16, 2015 = Received IV invoice

June 29, 2015 = Mailed IV payment

July 7, 2015 = PAID IV on CEAC and filed out DS 260

July 10, 2015 = checklist email

Question: My mom received NOA2 last April 12 2015 with Notice date April 02 2015.

I just check USCIS status checker and USCIS sent my mom case April 14,2015 to NVC.

When is the right date to start calling NVC and ask for case no. and iin?

Hi Guys, my case status just changed today this is what it says,

On May 7, 2015, we approved your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice

Does this mean i wil get my NOA 2? and i can finally move to the NVC stage?
Does anyone know the link to a good thread where i can get all the relevant info on how to proceed with my case with the NVC?

Hi! I was wondering which service center your case got sent to? We have the same PD date! Except I'm petitioning my minor child. SVC is Texas.

My mom filed the I130 for my Dad 1st week of march and got NOA1 with priority date of 03/05/2015.

We got the NOA2 I130 Approved last Saturday With notice date of 04/02/2015.

Finished the form right away, by the way. DS-260 = DONE!!! :content: :idea: May 9,2014 - Finally found an available slot for VISA INTERVIEW! Yeyy!! :dancing: May 15,2014 - Wrong birthday finally corrected - USEM just received our DS-260 Form which was done 2 weeks ago :clock: [Next should be setting the interview and medical and doing CRBA for 2nd child... :clock: Hoping my husband will get his visa in a month because I need to leave for U.S. by July because we are having our 3rd child this October 2014 :dancing: ] May 28,2014 - Medical at SLEC = PASSED!!! Hello everyone. I just called USCIS and my I-130 got approved. I guess they expedited it without notifying me. Whew.. Just waiting on NOA2 hard copy

2015/3/23: I-130 Sent: (Let's start the waiting game!)

2015/3/25: NOA1 Sent by email, case routed to the USCIS California Service Center (hardcopy 2015/6/4)

2015/4/21: NOA2 (email; got hardcopy in 2015/5/6)

NVC:

2015/5/21: Got NVC case # and IIN

2015/5/29: Filled DS261 online

2015/6/1: Payed AOS fee online

2015/6/5: Sent AOS and IV packages

2015/6/8: DS261 reviewed over the phone

2015/6/8: Scan Date

2015/7/5: Payed IV fee online

2015/7/8: Filled DS260

2015/7/23: Checklist!!

2015/7/25: Checklist Scan Date

2015/8/18: NVC CC

2015/9/11: Interview Scheduled for October 8th (no letter yet, just called NVC!)

2015/10/1: Medical

2015/10/8: Interview - Approved!!!

2015/10/30: POE

My wife filed the I-130 at the Phoenix lockbox on 28 March and got our NOA1 on 2 April, guessing that makes us March filers?

Anyways, our file is being processed at TSC - still no updates and the case status says "case was received"! Looking at all the fast approvals gives you such high hopes but I guess those are just exceptions! Just playing the waiting game anxiously now and hoping for the earliest approval!

Congratulations to all the lucky approved ones here!!!!

03/04/2015 - NOA1 Received

24/08/2015 - NOA2 Received

27/08/2015 - Case sent to NVC

03/09/2015 - NVC received package

16/09/2015 - Case number and IIN assigned

21/09/2015 - DS-261 filed and AOS fee paid

29/09/2015 - DS-261 reviewed over phone

30/09/2015 - IV fee invoice and agent registration email

01/10/2015 - IV fee paid

02/10/2015 - AOS & IV package sent

02/10/2015 - DS-260 completed

05/10/2015 - AOS & IV package scanned

30/10/2015 - Case Completed at NVC!!

Just received an update of our case, APPROVED!!!! Yey!!

March 31, 2015 - I-130 packet mailed through USPS express mail

April 1, 2015 - Packet Delivered

April 3, 2015 - NOA1, routed to Nebraska Service Center

April 6, 2015 - Payment of $420 cashed

April 9, 2015 - Hard copy of NOA1 received in the mail

May 19, 2015 - I-130 case APPROVED!!!

May 27, 2015 - Case sent to Department of State NVC

June 3, 2015 - Case received by NVC

June 16, 2015 - Case number obtained

June 17, 2015 - DS-261 choice of agent completed over the phone ( unable to sign in online )

June 20, 2015 - Received WELCOME LETTER (enclosed with AOS fee invoice and document cover sheet)

June 21, 2015 - Received IV invoice fee through email ( still unable to sign in online )

June 25, 2015 - Mailed payments of both AOS and IV fee (two separate money order from USPS in one envelope, overnight delivery)

June 30, 2015 - Received email confirmation, both AOS and IV payment received

July 2, 2015 - Called NVC and confirmed AOS and IV shows PAID and Cleared in their system ( since i can't log in online )

July 2, 2015 - Mailed documents (overnight), only to find out NVC is close today (july 3), so package is held in the NH post office, scheduled delivery updated to july 6

July 5, 2015 - Finally able to sign in to CEAC website and filled up DS 260 and SUBMITTED!!!

July 6, 2015 - SCAN DATE

July 27, 2015 - CASE COMPLETE!

August 24, 2015 - Interview schedule assigned

September 24, 2015 - INTERVIEW DATE at US EMBASSY MANILA, PHILIPPINES

APPROVED!

September 28, 2015 - Visa Packet received (picked up at 2GO SM MOA branch)

October 10, 2015 - ENTRY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, reunited with my wife finally!!! 

I- 751 timeline:

July 13, 2017 - Packet mailed to CSC via USPS express mail

July 15, 2017 - Packet delivered

July 19, 2017 - Check cashed (personal check $680)

July 21, 2017 - Received I-797, Notice of Action (dated 7/15/15, 8:57pm)

July 29, 2017 - Received biometrics appointment notice dated 7/21/17, appointment is on Aug 9.

November 15, 2018 -  CASE APPROVED
