I was approved yesterday !!! P.D Feb 27th. Although am a Feb filer but since I filed at the end of Feb I also merge with March filers. About few days ago, I read someone say he/she called USCIS and asked to speak to an immigration officer so I told my hubby about it. So he decided to call them yesterday, he initially spoke to the USCIS customer service representative who told us they are processing Jan 13th files in TSC and said we should be patient as usual but insisted he wanted to speak to an immigration officer. She asked for all our informations and said we should give them 45days to make a decision. When he told me 45days, I busted into tears for hours. I didn't understand why I should wait another 45days when we were about to clock 6months next week. This morning my husband was just talking to me on the phone and decided check our status online, he couldn't believe the approval notice was yesterday 20th of Aug. and he had to re check the receipt number again if it was correct. Behold it was our approval we haven't gotten any email or text msg. To those waiting for their approval ur testimony will come like it did for us. Be strong, patient they will get to ur case.

Congratulations! Best of luck with the future steps and processing.

Are there any April filers in this thread for Vermont Service Center? I have received NoA1 on April 28, waiting for NoA 2. When I check online can see this:

On August 21, 2015, your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number XXXXXXXX, was transferred to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by September 20, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice.

I submitted the application to Vermont Service Center. What would be the possible next steps? At the same time, have received an email with a subject "Your Case Status: Initial Review "

Looking forward to your input folks.

Thanks y'all.

Same here... Mine got moved to CSC too.... Just checked online and confirmed.. ( Call their customer service number, and follow the options, you will get to an automated response and will hear the service center you have been moved to)

Now the thing is, who has been moved to CSC recently and how long does it take before you get the NOA2 for CSC with a transferred petition?

Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction

On August 20, 2015, we transferred your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number xxxxxxxxxx, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by September 19, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

after 5 mos. and a week of waiting..this is what we found when we upadate our case status. my hubby called the VERMONT SERVICE CENTER 5 times at the same day and ask where they transfer it and why since he think its too late to transfer our paper since it is already due but the receiver of the next line said different answers. i understand vermont lot of backlog work but think it is not appropriate to transfer docs which is already due. is anyone here experienced the same thing as what we do? uuugggg this is really sucks.. :protest::idea::crying: :crying: :clock::cry:

Well... when we called we got an automated message saying our petition was transferred to CSC... Didn't call again though...

I think Vermont's got backlogged petitions that's why they are probably transferring to other centers that are quite free...

Our PD was 20th March and we got the notice of transfer 21th August which is exactly 5 months so we're hoping we dont have to wait another 5 months at CSC...

Keep praying and keep your fingers crossed.... ;)

Good thing you have received an email from them, we have our PD date last march 3, but you have April, so that means they overlap our papers, they are really something there... :crying::clock::cry:

I am not sure what happened, looks like not so many March filers were approved. I know its only 4 days left in August and then we all go to 5 and more mark line for our petitions...Its harder and harder to wait...
