Still no news from Vermont , has anybody had an idea whats goin on there? Hubby keeps calling there but all they could say is wait again for 7-8 months that's ridiculous!!!! come on now that is not what they say in their processing time.. :clock: I think the call center agent their are sometimes drunk.. dont have always an idea!!!!!! Frustrating really ...

Hi Guys,

Just called USCIS, asked for Tier 2, and got a very pleasant woman who told me that at the Nebraska Service Center they are currently working on cases from February 21st, 2015. Obviously every case is different and people often receive different information, but I just wanted to update you all with the information that I just received. Hopefully those of us that submitted in March and haven't received any updates yet, will be updated soon. We got our NOA1 on March 3, and they told us that we should receive some sort of notification within 21 days.

Just wanted to share.

Received RFE in mail today asking for additional proof of a bona fide marriage. I initially sent our newborn daughter's birth certificate and documentation for a home registered in both our names yet they still require additional proof.

It appears I have to send a second package with stamped passport copies and flight receipts as well.

Hopefully this will satisfy the request.

Received RFE in mail today asking for additional proof of a bona fide marriage. I initially sent our newborn daughter's birth certificate and documentation for a home registered in both our names yet they still require additional proof.

It appears I have to send a second package with stamped passport copies and flight receipts as well.

Hopefully this will satisfy the request.

How about phone conversation records, money transfers, both names on bank account, may be credit card on your account, both names on life insurance account, spouse name on your credit card account.... The more you send the better it is!!!

prove for bona fide marriage also may include your spouse name on life insurance, retirement account ( if you have one), affidavits from your friends or even family about your marriage. Take your time and get as much as you can!!!

were on the same date, we have March 3, as well, and when my husband keeps calling there, they have the same answer as yours, told him to have to wait for 21 days, ours is in Vermont by the way, anyway in Gods time, we will have our answers soon, all I can say is that they should have some sort of systematic system if they say 5 months then it should should be 5 months no matter what the circumstances should be, not too play people's feelings... and give us dumb answers... anyway by Gods grace will find some updates soon..

It does not mean anything bad.. that happened to my aunts filling papers and we sent everything and they have already proceeded with the case..

The RFE was for an unsigned certificate of translation, ugh. Responded and today I see the status shows they received the RFE response. So should be soon.

11/12 Case Complete

Help me all,i submitted my application 8th match and my wife recieve the hard copy saying our petition have been receive on the 16th of match,but when i check online statue,it says my petition is receive on the 25th of match,my question is that ,which of the two date is my priority date?
