Hello If you filed for AOS, EAD and AP, then yes, you are supposed to have 3 case numbers. I filed only for AOS and EAD, and I have 2 case numbers. I see we entered the US the same day

I just got back from my biometric appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 1pm, but my husband and I arrived at noon. They let us in and we went through security. First I had to fill out a form

It looks like I'm the only one who has never heard about my I-485 from uscis since March :(

Or course I have my combo card but my I-485 is still "finger print fee was received on the website.

I haven't received any notice(such as NPIW, interview schedule) from them since my finger print back in April...

I sent them a service request the other day and waiting for the answer now.

I have to leave the states for 3months soon. I really wish I could receive it before I leave.

The only thing I can expect is my local office is Seattle office and looks like they are super busy. I just saw this girl had the interview last month at Seattle office and her Noa1 date is Jan.28th,2015.

But I'm still worried. What if they lost my whole documents?!?!?!!!

Is there anyone who is in the same boat?

Any other March filers waiting on St Paul office? Our status is still unchanged after "receiving the fingerprint fee". The interview waiver letter came months ago already.

Hello~ I think we are in a same boat. My wife came from Korea, and the local office is Seattle. She applied AOS at Mar-09.

Your schedule of AOS is only 10 days behind her schedule (based on the date of finger print and EAD card )

Today, we received E-notice form USCIS for the interview, the date is NOV-16-2015.

I think you will receive the notice within 10 days~ :)

Hello~ I think we are in a same boat. My wife came from Korea, and the local office is Seattle. She applied AOS at Mar-09.

Your schedule of AOS is only 10 days behind her schedule (based on the date of finger print and EAD card )

Today, we received E-notice form USCIS for the interview, the date is NOV-16-2015.

I think you will receive the notice within 10 days~ :)

Thank you for the comment! Ok, I guess I will have an interview sometime in November.i really wish I had a NPIW because I have to leave the u.s soon. I have to postpone my interview schedule if they set my schedule in November... I'm not coming back th the states until January...ugh this is scary!!!

February 12th 2014 = Five month mark passed. Service request ordered. They said in 27days we should have an answer.

May 31st-June 11th 2014 -Spent a Beautiful week and a half together and got a huge surprise on the day before she left. :D

June 10th 2014 = PETITION APPROVED!!! Hallelujah! :dance:

September 23rd 2014= INTERVIEW: APPROVED! so happy!!!!!!!

September 25-28th 2014 = System Error prevents VISA from being issued. :cry:

Hi Guys,

I guess the forum getting a bit quiet after everyone receiving their EADs.

Just want to share my experience, I finally received my Green Card!!

I had the interview last week, 10/7. The IO asked a bunch of questions, took us around 1 hour for the interview. She then say I still need more time on the case, I'd be hearing back within a week if she needs any additional evidence, if not, I should hear the decision within 2 weeks. After 2 hours, I got text/email stating "Card in Production"! Total 7 days after getting approval to receiving card. Note that they didn't provide me a tracking number when they mailed the card, but it's via USPS 2 Days Priority.

Hope you all get yours soon!
