In that case I guess they are forgetting all of us cases because I am still waiting as well and I agree with you the wait is nerve racking and it sucks :crying:

If you think how things are done, sometimes bad ideas come to your mind and tell you there is something wrong with my appication, but we need to keep finger-crossed ,

Hello If you filed for AOS, EAD and AP, then yes, you are supposed to have 3 case numbers. I filed only for AOS and EAD, and I have 2 case numbers. I see we entered the US the same day

I just got back from my biometric appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 1pm, but my husband and I arrived at noon. They let us in and we went through security. First I had to fill out a form

Personally I would rather wait a year for the GC than go through the stress of an interview! As long as we are together I could care less how long this silly GC phase takes......we have our work and travel permit....green card is the least of my concerns at this time!

i share the feeling. have no idea about the difference that this pre-gc makes in practical terms... i just hope that they dont schedule the interview for when im out of the country!

Tomorrow will be the 80th day for my EAD but still no luck until now. I already called them last Tuesday to place a service request. Anything else that I could do? Sorry, it's just driving me nuts. :cry:

Same here. I am getting worried. It hits 80days today for me. But I'm trying to be calm and wait till it hits 90days

I guess so yeah. I'm trying to expedite the case since last week. They accepted my expedite request, asked me to fax the evidence and I haven't heard anything back yet. I guess there is no point of expediting when the case is over 75 days, will be getting the card soon anyway.
