HELP PLEASE...... We are planning to file for AOS already and we need medical since its been 2 years already since our i-194. My questions are the following:

1. What are tthe difference between: physical and vaccination transcription versus Vaccine Transcription only. Do I need both?

2. Anyone from Maryland who can give me a very cheap civil surgeon?

3. Those who late filed AOS did you file your AOS together with the medical?

4. What it means by, update i-2023. is this same as new medical for AOS?

1.Medical exams from Saint lukes (philippines) expires 1 year .. Since it's been 2 years YES YOU NEED A NEW MEDICAL EXAM (Physical exam and vaccination transcript)

Vaccination transcript only=they will just update your vaccination record and give you the necessary booster shoots you need

Physical and vaccination transcript= (says what it is) You'll undergo to a new Physical exam and they will also update your vaccination record and give you the necessary booster shoots you need

3.Anyone who file the AOS should attached there medical results

4.I don't know about i-2023 never heard of it . Since your medical exam is expired you SHOULD get a new Physical exam.Visit a civil surgeon tell them that your medical was past 2 years already and they'll do whatever they need.

PS = (expect that when you visit the civil surgeon it'll be expensive since you need a new medical exam)

I am not sure where you are located in Maryland but I used Dr. Nadu Tuakli(301) 317-0033. She has an office in Columbia and Laurel. I only paid $125 for physical and tb test. My vaccines were still current.

NOA1 hardcopies received today - both AOS and EAD (I didn't apply for AP). Notice date: March 10, 2015

Now I'm waiting for the biometric appointment letter

I just realized we came to the US the same day and filed AOS with the same timeline LOL..

Still waiting for the notice on the mail .. is your Case number from MSC missouri Service Center too ?

Mine is MSC .. hoping for our fast approval so anytime now we can work and be a permanent resident ..

I believe all AOS cases start with MSC... that is the National Benefits Center... and from there they get sent to either your local office or CSC if u get an interview waiver
