Then we filed for the K1 visa almost on the same day - my husband and I filed on May 22nd, 2014! :dancing: I hope you will get an approval soon Lelyze :)

I'm hoping it will be by the end of the month, May 22 marks our 60 day since NOA for EAD. Can't wait to start working :D

Hello If you filed for AOS, EAD and AP, then yes, you are supposed to have 3 case numbers. I filed only for AOS and EAD, and I have 2 case numbers. I see we entered the US the same day

I just got back from my biometric appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 1pm, but my husband and I arrived at noon. They let us in and we went through security. First I had to fill out a form

*i485, i765 filed along with i797c for i130 accepted -- March 31,2015

*biometrics completed at East Hartford ASC ---- April 27,2015

*EAD approved(found out via uscis ombudsman) -- June 13,2015

*EAD picked up by USPS --- June 19, 2015

*notification: EAD delivered by USPS to my mailbox (none seen) --- June 20, 2015

* applied for SSN -------- June 25, 2015

* went to local SSA office and got SSN (not card) --- June 30, 2015

Congratulations mine was mailed yesterday morning by yesterday evening they had updated my status with a tracking number .my card should arrive today !so I wouldn't be surprised if you will receive yours tommorow

My status was updated a few hours ago, it now says "Card Was Picked Up by the United States Postal Service". and I got a tracking number. Expected delivery: May 21, 2015. So not tomorrow but on Thursday I will get it. :)

My status was updated a few hours ago, it now says "Card Was Picked Up by the United States Postal Service". and I got a tracking number. Expected delivery: May 21, 2015. So not tomorrow but on Thursday I will get it. :)

Awesome! Mine says the same thing. Can't wait to start getting paid.

2/26/2015 - AOS package sent via USPS

2/28/2015 - Package delivered according to USPS website

3/02/2015 - Package was received according to USCIS

3/05/2015 - Received NOA1 over text message and email

3/05/2015 - Checks cashed

3/09/2015 - NOA1 hard copy received in the mail

3/14/2015 - Received biometrics appointment letter for 3/27/2015

3/16/2015 - Biometrics done (successful walk in)

4/06/2015 - received RFE

4/10/2015 - RFE received at USCIS

4/20/2015 - AP approved

5/13/2015 - EAD approved

7/20/2015 - Interview scheduled for Aug 25th

8/25/2015 - Interview approved, card ordered

9/04/2015 - GC in hand

So our RFE response was received and it says the following: You should receive a decision or case update by July 19, 2015, unless fingerprinting or an interview are needed

Does that date refer to just AOS or does it mean EAD and AP also?

November 1st 2014: I-129f submitted for K1 visa

February 24th 2015: Visa in hand!

February 26th 2015: POE at Las Vegas airport, then onwards to Oregon! 

March 6th 2015: Marriage (with a "real" wedding to follow next year on 7/6/2016)

March 9th 2015: AOS, EAD & AP submitted

September 22nd 2015: Interview

January 14th 2016: Two year Green card received -phew!

ROC

August 8th 2017: 90 day window begins! ROC time!

September 28th 2017: Biometric Appointment in Portland, OR

March 5th 2018: Case received by local office

August 18th 2018: 18 month extension letter mailed

December 2018: Case moved to another office

February 2019: I was emailed that I was approved and my card was in production the same day of my N400 interview 😂

August 8th 2018: Window opens to submit naturalization application

August 13th 2018: N400 Application submitted online 

August 14th 2018: NOA1

September 6th 2018: Biometrics

February 6th 2019: Interview Date! APPROVED!

February 6th 2019: I was asked to return later the same day for my Oath Ceremony! :dance:

Mine says till June 19. But yesterday my EAD and AP got approved .

Checked my AOS and it still says Decision till June 14..

It'll come anyday now.

. Maybe yours was just a little late because we're all adjusting from K1 and your adjusting from a different type of Visa but you should receive a decission for the EAD and AP anytime soon cause it says EAD and AP processing time was 2-3 months.. hang in there bud .It'll come.

I waffle on whether I want things to speed up or not. I'm really in no hurry to get back to work (especially since summer weather has hit Spokane), but I'm starting to get recruited off Monster and LinkedIn.
