Not trying to be rude, but why does it make you mad and frustrated to see other people getting their EADs? It is not our fault that we have been approved before you. If you would have been approved before me, I would actually be happy for you and it would give me hope to know that they actually work on cases and approve them. We filed on exactly the same day (3/3) and had biometrics almost on the same day (me on 03/31, you on 4/1). My EAD was approved only 2 days ago, on the 13th. Most likely you will be approved very soon as well, meaning any day. If you didn't receive any RFE then the chances are very slim that anything is "messed up". I wish you the best of luck and a fast approval.

I never said I was mad at other people.....I am mad and frustrated at the process and how there is no rhyme or reason to approvals! Of course I am happy for other people....just wish the system worked more effectively!!!!!!

I'm sorry for misunderstanding you then. I also wish they processed cases in order, it would be more fair to everyone.

My EAD says it was mailed today ,although my AP still just says approved and not that they mailed the card .I was under the impression that the EAD/AP was on the same card

How long should I wait until I call the center about the EAD/AP???? Our NOA1 was 3/6 and biometrics on 4/1!!!! Actually getting worried that something got messed up....think I have seen too many horror stories over the last year!!!

90 days from NOA-1.

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do

Until you've reached that point, they won't entertain the idea of looking into your case.

After 75 days from NOA1 you can contact them to make a service request.

You are welcome. I don't know but I think it is just days, not business days. You can try and see what happens, I hope it works out for you.

So my status changed to this today. On May 18, 2015, we updated your name for your Form I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION, Receipt Number MS######. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us y. Does it mean I'm gonna get approved soon? Why they updated my name?. My name was already filed with my married name

These threads are about the same issue, hope you find it helpful.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/546529-name-update-i765-form-help/ ---- the OP created this thread on April 27th and got approved on the same day based on her timeline. So I think it definitely is a good sign, it means they are working on your case.
