Hello If you filed for AOS, EAD and AP, then yes, you are supposed to have 3 case numbers. I filed only for AOS and EAD, and I have 2 case numbers. I see we entered the US the same day

I just got back from my biometric appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 1pm, but my husband and I arrived at noon. They let us in and we went through security. First I had to fill out a form

Agree :) I'm really hoping for work permit to come soon too . Anyway, having an upcoming interview is also stressful coz you have to prepare everything for evidence ,it's like preparing for a Board exam physically, emotionally,mentally, spiritually or something haha :)

Well I learned today why I am getting an error message, because my case has been suspended, do to failure to appear at originally scheduled biometric appointmentry (which I never got notice off):-(.

But here is how much USCIS fails to communicate internally. I originally called on April 6th to alert them of my missing appointment notice, and was told I would hear in 15 days.

April 21, 15 days later I re explained the situation to a nice tier two rep.

April 27, received email which referenced my April 21st call and informed me that my appointment notice was returned as undeliverable.

May 1 hard copy nprice of April 27the email.

May 4th, walk in biometric and letter from uscis with new bio appointment for the 20th.

May 9, letter from USCIS dated April 28, referencing my April 6th call, telling me "it appears you may have not received your acs appointment notice. Your case is currently in suspense until you appear....

So frustrated, I can't afford any further delay, i need to work and now i just feel it is going to take an additonal like 70 days after i call monday and let them knwowbi appeared and please c9ntinue to process my application.

It is just not fair, I received all NOA1s in mail no problem, and now I am payING price for something I had no control over.

well u can request expedited processing of your work permit if u can clearly show to the uscis that they were at fault
