Hello If you filed for AOS, EAD and AP, then yes, you are supposed to have 3 case numbers. I filed only for AOS and EAD, and I have 2 case numbers. I see we entered the US the same day

I just got back from my biometric appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 1pm, but my husband and I arrived at noon. They let us in and we went through security. First I had to fill out a form

What does this mean, I have never seen it before..This is the message I get when I check my case status online:

Validation Error(s)

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information.

It's an error message. The USCIS website isn't stable. Sometimes it just doesn't work (especially on weekends). Don't worry about it. Try it again in a few hours or on Monday, I'm sure it will work..

Good luck KrysEve. :) Yes, If I'm on your case, I will do that as well and do the walk in to ASC Monday. There's no harm in trying. I've read a lot of VJs did that and succeeded. Please update us too.

Yes, just check it later. :thumbs: It definitely has nothing to do with your case, it is a general problem, people see error messages at times. So, no need to worry at all. Enjoy your weekend and good luck at your walk-in biometrics on Monday! :)

I don't know why I have had an error message since last week, called USCIS and had nothing to say but that they are experiencing techial difficulty...apparently on just my case though :-(

No, not just your case. Lots of other people are having and have had the same problem now and throughout the years ever since the online case status check on the USCIS website has been available. Like I said before, please don't worry. The AOS process is already very stressful and this just adds to the stress, so I understand your frustration. However, it is not an RFE, not a denial, it is a technical problem.

There are a bunch of other people experiencing the same, here is two very recent (few days old) threads about it. Read them. Some people say it will eventually go away, some say use a different browser.

Unfortunately since I was out of town and didn't receive my appointment letter for biometrics, I missed my original appointment. So had to do a walk in almost 2 weeks late (13th April), once I realized that it was a possibility.

So now I'm waiting for further news as well.

Hope my late biometrics doesn't delay my process by TOO much!

Quick question- after the biometrics were done, did any of your case status's change from the "fingerprint fee received" or "case received" status?

A week after my biometrics, my USCIS status on my I-485 was changed to "Ready to be scheduled for interview" then after a week changed to "Interview is scheduled".
