I've finally received my biometrics appointment today!!!!!!

It's on April 15th

So I suggest to those who are waiting a little more than the others to receive this letter to not stress (even if it's hard!!). I guess some USCIS local offices are just slower than others!!

Happy to hear you received yours. I am still waiting :-(. thinking of making a call on monday.

I hope you will receive it very soon! I think sometimes USCIS local offices are just very slow! But calling on monday if you still have nothing won't hurt!

Ok, so I have an update on my AP case: On April 1, 2015, we mailed your document for Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXXXX, directly to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your document by May 1, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request the document be sent to you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Does this mean my AP is approved? I thought it comes together with the EAD (my EAD status didn't change)?

Received NOA's for all three petitions this weekend. Excited to receive biometrics appointment letter next and fingers crossed for no RFEs. Happy Easter everyone!

Received Biometrics appointment in mail last April 4..Biometrics schedule will be April 14...hoping for no RFE after biometrics..☺️

It doesn't take 3-4 weeks to receive your case number(s). It can but it is very unlikely.

Did you include the G-1145 in the AOS package? If yes then you will get electronic notifications (texts and emails) from USCIS (this takes on average 7-10 days from mailing the package), saying your case number(s) and that your case was accepted. With the case numbers you will be able to check your case status on the USCIS website: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do

After 1-2 weeks of sending the package you will receive your NOA1 hardcopy (or hardcopies if you applied for EAD and AP) in mail. Then you will receive your biometrics appointment letter and you will have to go to your local USCIS office to have your fingerprints and photo taken.

If you don't hear at all from USCIS in the next 2 weeks, you should call them.
