I am in a same boat! It's been two months since I sent in the aos package. No rfe so far and it still says fingerprint fee was received & case was received on the uscis website. hope We can hear something about ead/ap from uscis soon. I think we will get approved sometime next week as visajourney says.

I'm on day 70, no RFE, no EAD, nothing. My case status also says "Fingerprint fee was received" and "Case was received". It is frustrating but it is normal. Technically, up to 90 days we are within the normal processing time. Some people get an EAD/AP approval before others, even with RFEs, it is not fair, but it is also not a reason to get worried.

My VJ timeline estimate says my EAD would be approved between May 14th and May 16th. That means this week. I keep being hopeful since (I'm sure just like others) I go crazy sitting at home.

Good luck everyone! :)

Finally!!!! my AP/EAD got approved!!

Filed Feb 27th;

Biometrics Done Mar 31st

Totally 75 days!!

Before today, it always said case was recived by Mar 2nd.

Hope everyone gets approved soon!!!!

Congrats! :thumbs:

Hopefully you don't have to wait too much longer .I learnt during my k1 process that nothing is done in order of dates people filled etc ,which is wrong .I sometimes wonder if they have any type of rountine or if they just randomly select the files they are working on
