I know this is very much true. Hopefully we will reach someone who has the power to influence the correct people so they can help us.

The vast majority of people involved in American immigration either work for one of growing number of corrupt American consulates in the world or it's folks who filed a successful petition. Almost all those folks who filed a successful petition got in, and got out as quickly as they could. It's not the kind of place you would want to go party, as those folks can destroy your life and family with the stroke of a pen. They are even more lethal than the IRS.

The few others are just beginning their quest and probably very new to the process and need to fly below them radar. No one wants to go on a rant and pissoff the US state department when it looks like things are going okay. So yes, there are a few folks out there who either have personal experience as a victim of US corruption, or know someone who has been.

Creating a new website that is well funded and supported is a way to start and refine a movement. Remember, most folks are only looking for a very short time as they are in and out, give up, and the rest live in daily torture a lot worse than waterboarding. Waterboarding would be like a day at the beach.

What exactly to you mean by corrupt they get money to approve Visa's? Which are the corrupt Embassy's? I think Cairo might be one of them or they are just down right prejudice and as I seen are above the law. NO ONE should have that much power!

I tried the Islamabad AP forum, maybe you should try. I also posted to the I-601 waiver section. Amy did another section, I forgot which one. Sorry Amy.

And I got a response from the K1 section. We should also try other forums as well.

No government entity should have that much unchecked power. That is why I keep fighting for the doctrine of consular non-reviewability to be repealed.

We are all going to be immigration super heroes by the time we finish this process. lol

I would like to be a part of this too. I need assistance on how to upload a YouTube video but I plan to add to this. 3 yrs apart and in AP is torture and we are still enduring. My biggest fear is that we have made it to 4 months AP today and we don't know how much longer this will continue. Horror stories of a year in AP scares me to death. Janelle I am so sorry abt your parents passing so closely and so unexpectedly and while you are gone to help your own husband grieve.

They kept us in AP for over a year and then told us to file a waiver. Then during the waiver process sent our petition back for revocation without telling us.

This Video is so touching and sad....so so sorry about the loss of your mom and father in law, and equally sorry about your horrible ordeal with this process....It's so sad and disturbing that this is how it is.
