Good Morning! Another depressing day. I'm not sure how much longer I can take this. I am going insane. I hope this week brings good luck to someone.

Good job on your signature block!!! I'm so proud of you!!!!

I will also contact Oprah's contact. Let's keeping on moving even if our feet don't want to. As long as our hands work we can get something done.

Thank you my angel, same here and worse since many of us are not just in AP but accused or fraud/misrepresentation which requires a lawyer. Still don't have one but hopefully my nephew will find a great one soon.

Janelle I used your letter couldn't send a better one but just added the following and I agree we all have to do something,

I find myself constantly holding my breath just wish the odds were in our favor. :( God have mercy on us all.

I respectfully and humbly beg you to help those of us refused the constitutional right to the pursuit of happiness, we are begging you for help. We are citizens of this great country we have the right to be heard. Our stories are many and I pray all of you will hear us since our cries and despair have fallen on deaf ears.

Since this thread is based on any topic... I just thought I'd like to make another public declaration that I LOVE MY HUSBAND SOOOOO MUCH!

NOOR @ Noor&Natasha

(L) You are THE BEST HUSBAND IN THE WHOLE WORLD, and I'm so blessed that out of 7 billion people in this world, Allah chose YOU for ME!!!! (L)

Fellow vj friends.... I never could have even imagined or dreampt up a better man than my husband. He's my best friend, my soul's mate, and my For Real One True Love  He will be mine, and I will be his forever and into eternity. Through life's tribulations, separations, and trials....I dedicate my soul, my life, and my body to our happiness together as a family, because we cannot exist separated. Thanks to our soul's connection and technology, God graciously keeps us together, every second of every day, we are together...via viber, and skype mostly. Today i saved all my online chats from our viber uses, and IF i were to print them all, I'd have to print over 65,000 pages...HAHAHA could you imagine printing all those out and delivering them???...i think if any of us needs more "proof" we should do stuff like this...that'd definately get their attention!!!

I feel exactly the same way about my husband, I am truly blessed that God brought us together. My husband was able to extract cell texts which he forgot about at the interview and everyone knows why, so wont go through that again. He hasn't been able to extract the texts while we lived together, God willing he will be able to get those. My cell texts are being worked on but so far they don't see texts just garbled gibberish, I hope they can be able to extract them.

Downloaded the new Skype but can't go back more than a year back and the old one saved only 6 months worth. Anyone know how to get all Skype logs/messaged ? I need them desperately. :(

Alien Punishment??? There are those who do not believe in this. And that this AP is much deserved. I am sure your file is just being used as a but warmer for some jealous person at the embassy.

Hugs to you too!! (L)(F)

By questions put to me over and over again I know there are those that feel we deserved what we got and all I can say is I hope God (forgive me) would let them experience this and see if they still feel the same way. I'm sorry but those that have no compassion for others deserve none for themselves.

well then, i bet their butt's on fire,,,,,cuz we are a HOT couple!!! hahaha

Hahahaa yes I agree you are a HOT couple indeed :D(L)

I did my waiver by myself. I did not agree with the embassy's misrepresentation finding. You do not have to agree with it!! You just have to fight it and tell USCIS why the misrepresentation is not correct. USCIS can't overturn the misrepresentation but they can approve the waiver. I told USCIS in my letter I did not agree with the misrepresentation and stated the reasons why.

Absolutely perfect. I need to add this on to mine as well. Great job Soloenta!

I pray God will have mercy on us one day. I am sooooo tired, my husband is tired and I know all of VJ is tired.

I kneed to know what to do and when, how long did it take to be approved, did you send more evidence? E-mail me if you wish might not want to put everything here. Hugs. (L)

Here is the new link for our newest video and it is such a sad story. You can hear you little boys playing in the background. She is so brave and I know things must be so hard for her. Please, everyone, tell America to give her and her children their father and her husband!!!!

It's very odd yes the Embassy gave me the tracking number and it said arrived at USCIS Boston Mass when the little creep told my husband it would go back to NVC then USCIS which seemed odd to me. E-mail the Embassy and see whats going on put your husbands name and Case Number on the Subject line and inside the body of the e-mail. Ask them if they have the tracking number. I'll be praying they help you out. (L)

I've been away from VJ for awhile but I just called to confirm that we got a CC. I am visiting with my husband in Cairo for my birthday and first wedding anniversary so this was good news, I know we still will have to wait awhile before we get an interview schedules but I'm glad we are done with all the checklists.

Has anyone had any issues with getting the DS261 processed and IV fee invoiced? I submitted mine Jan 10 and was told to wait 42 days. It is now day 59. I called around the 42 day mark and was told they were back logged due to weather (but from my understanding, they were only closed 1 day). I called again the next week and was told they would pass it along to the superviser. The next call (10 days ago), I was told to continue to wait, and if I didn't hear anything back by this time this week, to call again. I called a few hours ago and they woman (very nice!) said the form is probably on the superviser's desk and asked if I had a 3rd-party agent, which I do due to the fact that I've been traveling back and forth to Macedonia to see my husband so frequently. She said if I was the agent, she could invoice the fee right now. So, I had my 3rd-party agent call, and she was told they couldn't invoice it for her, they we needed to wait.

Any input?

Thank you, find a good lawyer. I called USCIS but just got the run around on the site all automated couldn't talk to a person. :( the number I called was (800)375-5283 anyone have a different number?

Hello welcome to the thread and yes have your agent call again, these people are idiots nice or not and have them call and say "You the Petitioner were told to have your agent call them to invoice the fee" Actually you should be able to do it yourself so you call and if you get the same thing tell them you need to talk to a Supervisor and if you know the one working supposedly on your case ask for that Sup. Please let us know what happens and I'll be praying on my side you get the fee invoice. Do you still send in everything now? IV and AOS? (F) (L) (F)
