(F)I don't post, but I am always here reading and watching all the videos. They are great, everyone is doing a great job. I am considering making one myself; dont have too much free time but will try. (F) :dancing:

Words and some pictures will always work. :) You can do it!!

I am not sure if I will be able to do a video as my husband is very very private and he would have issues with it but I will discuss it with him when we Skype tomorrow.

I will keep my fingers crossed. We need more support so they can know we are serious!

Is it possible to add a link to your signature were we can send the e-mail and a letter to the Supreme Court and maybe a template of what the letter/e-mail should look like to give an idea? I think we all need to at least send one hard copy/letter to the address. It would be a constant reminder for us to send a daily e-mail and new members to know where to find the information. Would add it to mine also. (L)

I need a way of hiding my timeline but have it still there for people to click on. I know there is a way but last time just couldn't get it to work so if anyone knows how please explain it to me. :) ty

It's comforting to know your there and Janelle can help you out she helped me, we really need more videos we only have maybe four and it's not nearly enough. :)(F)

Here is a list of all of the newspapers I have emailed so far. And I emailed them my letter about lying down to die. And then I also included the YouTube link and the Link about the processing times from the K1 group who is also working hard on getting TSC to transfer the work loads. The email to the Supreme Court is an online submission form, you can't email them directly. We need to be sending emails and doing online submissions everyday to these people. We need to also do this for our Congressman and Senators. I will find the links to their online submission forms and emails and and add them to my signature block as well.

Subject: I fee like I am ready to lie down and die.

I feel like I am ready to lie down and die if I cannot have the emotional human contact a human being needs. As humans we live to make relationships, form communities, marry, have children, grow old and die. As depression continues to seep into my body and soul, I ask myself, how did my situation become so bad? I remember . . . it is because I don’t have my spouse/fiancé. The immigration process is a daunting, burdensome, lonely, never-ending nightmare no one understands nor seems to care about. Petition after petition, fees after fees, calls after calls, the hurry up and waits. . . . . Sobbing during Skype calls, kissing a computer screen, heartbreaking goodbyes at airports, this is how I ended up in this state of mind. To be denied this basic necessity is like being denied food or water. My body has slowly started dying. This is why I feel like I am ready to lie down and die if I cannot have my spouse/fiancé.

We are the group of people weeping in the dark. Please, who will help us?

Just as a thing I don't know if you all know about, Rabbit is a free chat service (does not keep logs, but whatever) that lets you stream online-hosted movies and television from sites such as netflix, hulu, youtube, etc so that you and distant friend(s) or family member(s) can watch movies and tv together. I don't know if that will help anyone, but I thought I'd let you know.

Met in 2010 on a forum for a mutual interest. Became friends.
2011: Realized we needed to evaluate our status as friends when we realized we were talking about raising children together.

2011/2012: Decided we were a couple sometime in, but no possibility of being together due to being same sex couple.

June 26, 2013: DOMA overturned. American married couples ALL have the same federal rights at last! We can be a family!

June-September, 2013: Discussion about being together begins.

November 13, 2013: Meet in person to see if this could work. It's perfect. We plan to elope to Boston, MA.

March 13, 2014 Married!

May 9, 2014: Petition mailed to USCIS

May 12, 2014: NOA1.
October 27, 2014: NOA2. (5 months, 2 weeks, 1 day after NOA1)
October 31, 2014: USCIS ships file to NVC (five days after NOA2) Happy Halloween for us!

November 18, 2014: NVC receives our case (22 days after NOA2)

December 17, 2014: NVC generates case number (50 days after NOA2)

December 19, 2014: Receive AOS bill, DS-261. Submit DS-261 (52 days after NOA2)

December 20, 2014: Pay AOS Fee

January 7, 2015: Receive, pay IV Fee

January 10, 2015: Complete DS-260

January 11, 2015: Send AOS package and Civil Documents
March 23, 2015: Case Complete at NVC. (70 days from when they received docs to CC)

May 6, 2015: Interview at Montréal APPROVED!

May 11, 2015: Visa in hand! One year less one day from NOA1.

The Doctrine of Consular Non-Reviewability deprives U.S. citizens of one of their main Constitutional rights, the right to petition their government for redress of grievances. Lengthy, unnecessary delays and the denial of a visa for the spouse of a U.S. citizen directly affect the U.S. citizen. In everyday life this is called cause and effect. Every day, thousands of U.S. citizens are forcibly separated from their spouses and even children during this process of legally petitioning for their family members to join them in the U.S.

The Doctrine of Consular Non-Reviewability takes away the option of redressing the grievance of a U.S. citizen, especially for an individual who is unable to move abroad due to certain hardships.

All Visa petitions pass through the hands of humans, which creates countless opportunity for human error. Chances of Visa problems increase when Visa workers are burnt out, biased, discriminatory and so on. Human factors like these exponentially increase chances for losing, misplacing, or misinterpreting critical Visa paperwork. Consulates abroad are denying applicants mainly under two categories, non-bona fide relationship and misrepresentation. They understand these two categories are hard to overcome and there is no recourse.

Current laws protect the USCIS, DOS and our Consulates abroad, but these same laws fail to provide necessary protections to the U.S. citizens who are currently struggling or stuck in the legal immigration system. Every day, these struggling and stuck U.S. citizens are unable to receive even the most basic relief or hope from this immigration system. For these reasons, all Americans deserve the right to petition our government to promptly and fairly address these major and tortuous Visa issues

Please repeal the Doctrine of Consular Non-reviewability.

Good Morning! Another depressing day.:cry::cry: I'm not sure how much longer I can take this. I am going insane. I hope this week brings good luck to someone.

Good job on your signature block!!! I'm so proud of you!!!!

I will also contact Oprah's contact. Let's keeping on moving even if our feet don't want to. As long as our hands work we can get something done.
