Request for input for the following points:

1 once we get the access of AOS, how many days after we will receive the invoice?

2. What is the amount of AOS invoice.

3. after how many approx days we will have access of DS261/260

4. any other useful advise... please.... Thanks :wow:

If you can access ds 261 you can proceed, fill up online and make your petitioner as your agent. You can also pay Aos fee. When it is paid you can send documents at the NVC. Aos and IV packet. You will send it in one package but seperate folders. It takes few days before you can pay IV so its better to call NVC let them review ds 261 over the phone. In just a few days they will let you pay the IV. When it is paid complete the ds 260. Get the confirmation page on your email and you will bring that on your interview.

AOS-$120

IV-$325
