NVC is having issues with their online system. Even if they send you welcome letter you won't be able to login unlike before where you'll get access as soon as you receive your welcome later

I wonder why they've still not resolved this online issue after a very long time...

Perhaps it's their way on slowing us down?

With the welcome.letters being sent out does that mean we can now call nvc in choosing agent (as per instruction 9n nvc website) Since the online system is not available? Did anyone tried calling nvc in choosing an agent? Anyone?

Yes you can call NVC to do Choice of Agent and afterwards they will give you the next instruction since website is still down..

Hi. Welcome letter received june 16, 2015 through email.I Told my husband to call nvc but instead he went to the immigration and ask the assistance of one of the employees there and now he was instructed to pay the $120. Im not sure what the officer did. That was fast did not need to wait for 15 days review :-).

Help please,I sent the document to NVC national visa center Attn:DR. 31 Rochester ave.suite 100 but they delivered it to suite 200 !!!! Is it okay ??

Hi, I paid my IV Fee on 5th June, and And It showed 'Paid' Status on 7th June. Then I submitted DS 260. Status got changed 'Completed'

But Today I see that, IV Fee payment status is 'Pay Now'. And it's open to pay $325.00 again. And DS 260 section is N/A.

Can you tell what's going on.

hello, my wife sent all nvc document and we would like to know if she can wait the approval of the case and subsequent appointment outside the US

Received my Welcome Letter yesterday and paid AOS fee via mail yesterday as well..

Is the system still down?

My PD is Feb 19/14

Received Welcome letter back in April 6th.

Paid AOS, completed DS-261, early April

Sent AOS and IV package (together, 1 package) mid May

Received checklist last week June 19th

IV fee still says 0$, called NVC. Apparently because I selected the petitioner as agent, it caused some delay :s. so now they sent IV invoice by mail(around June 15th), and im paying by mail

Hopefully it works out

but still no access to DS-260, probably once they get their $$, i'll have access

I dont see any reason for trouble being outside the US.

Most of the process is online, since you've already sent the documents

If you're asking about having the interview outside the US, I have no idea

Suite 100 or 200, doesn't matter. Its still going to NVC and they'll redirect to the proper officer.

But always better to call and ask.

Update!!! I already received my welcome letter today and also someone from my country, PD is June 11,2014 got their welcome letter too. Thank you everyone for your help. For giving me updates, sharing info about visa processing. I thank all of you for participating in my forum. I wish everyone goodluck and have a successful visa journey.
