Letter a (Part 4 - number 16) of form I864EZ is already filled out with the number 2 (regarding "yourself and the person you are sponsoring on this form").

Plus, they say "Do not count anyone twice" and therefore I would not fill the letter b ("Your spouse") because it's been already considered in the letter a.

Am I right?

Thanks!

Hi Franklin,

Thanks for the reply. I believe I have to write 2 in total, since line f is saying add Add together line a-e, and in line a is Yourself and person you are sponsoring. So it should be 2 if I am not mistake.

Hi everyone! Who among you are still waiting for the welcome letter? April and May 2014 PD? I don't know if I need to call NVC again to ask them about it. It makes me so sad. Waiting seems forever :( I really hope they will send it next month. Keep me updated thank you!

My pd is 9th april F2A.I got welcome letter from nvc yesterday. Now i am confused what to do.

My wife is my pititioner, living in USA at present .I am now living in Bangladesh. Now i have to fill up agent of choice form on online.what can i do now.Should i select me(benif/primary applicant) as agent nor my wife(pititioner) as agent? If i select myself as an agent is that will creat any problem. Some friends of my wife suggest her to hire an atorny at there in usa.

So what can i do now..........?plz

Sorry for my late response.

Use your wide name and address is the US.

You can also use your address in Bangladesh but for faster correspondence it's better you use your wife's address.

No need for an attorney... They'll only end up collecting money from you

Hi guys,

Any news from 2014 march-april-may's filers?

I am still not able to pay the AOS fee.

The NVC reviewed the DS-261 I sent two weeks ago and told me I will receive the IV fee invoice in one week.

However, they do not have any clue on when the online payment system will be fixed and therefore I am seriously taking into consideration the option of sending the two fees by mail.

What about you guys?

Please, let's keep us updated about any news on this regard; I believe that may be helpful for everyone is in the same boat!

Thank you for updating us. Some people are able to pay the AOS and IV online. Some they chose to send payment through mail. Yes it takes longer but if there is an option to save some time why not. Still up to you. Anyway, Just keep trying to log in and you will get through ceac. I'm still waiting for my welcome letter, I hope there will be a good news for me this month. Goodluck to all of us.

You are very welcome :)

You said that some people made it to pay online.

That seems pretty strange to me because - as far as I have got so far - none is able to go through the CEAC website.

Anyways, I am seriously thinking about sending the money by mail but still waiting for the IV fee to get invoiced.

I hope you get soon some good news :)

NVC has updated the ceac website with a link that gives you the details in case if you are not able to fill out the DS-261 form. Please check and do the needful.

Mr & Mrs. RC-

I suggest you pls call NVC and check your status for welcome letter, as i know 1 person of PD 21MAY2014 getting welcome letter on 14th May, 2015. Kindly call & confirm.
