Same here PD April 10, 2014.

Able to access payment portal but fees not invoiced. All other links shows "case is not eligible for further processing"

May be they improved the website to get rid off that ugly "termination error"

I believe they will start April, May and June Filers pretty Soon. Since All January, February Filers already started there case and March filers sending their papers. My Understanding is NVC Start the file process 6 months befir the actual Priority date, So current Priority date is October 1st , 2013 and so + 6 month is March and they started processing file for March. My Best guess is April filers will get welcome letter starting Middle of June, May filers in July and June filers in August, 2015. Let our finger crossed till Next month and see what happen. I know some March filers still didn't get Welcome letter that's because of VSC moved some cases to CSC. Hopefully no retrogress. I applied for my Citizenship meanwhile in last April and already got the Biomatric date in May 15th. N-400 Process is quick now, between 3-4 months, So I am wishing to start my F2A case progress by July and move it to CR1. If both case process starts parallel I dont have to wait for my Spouse Interview date till PD. Just wish me Good Luck. Its been 1 year and 2 months now since we married and still leaving separate. I believe everybody is going through the same mental pain like me. My best wishes to app of you.

I don't think that is true..

PD 09 april 2014, the fees are still "not invoiced"

I keep my hope that it is true... Because before I saw some comments there that they got welcome letter, their PD is February 2014 then later on some are updating here that they are able to access ds 261.

I think it's true. My PD is March 11th and I got welcome letter before many people with February PD.

As long as someone with a PD close to yours got welcome letter. Be rest assured that you'll get yours anytime from now... Keep logging in ceac.state.gov

Thank you... You have a point there. NVC randomly send welcome letter. Let's just be positive that we will get through NVC anytime soon.

I wanted to use this forum to ask a question about a situation that has been bothering me and the best way to go about it especially at this stage. My priority date is March 2014 and i got approved on May 4th 2015. I'm still waiting to get the invoice and case number. And Hopefully i will be citizen by next month but the real situation here is my wife is pregnant and due for delivery sometime in October and I'm at the NVC stage.my question is what if she delivers after which i have finished and closed out every step on the NVC and she now has to go to the interview with a baby or probably after the interview she delivers..but I'm looking at a more likely scenario were while waiting for the interview she delivers. How do i go about this now? Is been playing in my mind so i figure i put it out here to know how best to go about the situation now I'm at the NVC stage. please i will like to know anyone's opinion about it...
