Does anyone know the current time frame for the NVC to review our documents, once we send everything to them? And what will happen after they have reviewed our documents, case completed and waiting for the PD date to become current?

It takes 45 days now for the NVC to review the docs that send to them. Yes next is case complete you will know that if you saw 3 N/A at the ceac, you can also verify it by calling NVC then wait for your PD to be current and they will send you your interview letter.

Thank you for your reply. Also, does the 45-day period applies for everyone? I am asking this question since I am from Vietnam and I have seen people from my home country waiting for a very long time (1 year) after they submitted everything to the NVC. I guess in that case, I will just have to wait for my case to be completed since my PD will probably be current already.

I guess it applies to everyone because I saw some post that the email they send is about 45 days review. About the one year waiting period maybe their PD is not yet current. Goodluck! Hope you will be case complete soon...

Can you tell me what are the fields and what information required for DS-261??

I got access but I did not open yet. Can i Open it multiple time until I submit it????

DS 261 are only basic information about who will you assigned as choice of agent. I think you can save it but you have to submit it because IV will not be invoice if ds 261 is not completed.

Thanks for the inputs guys! I really appreciate. I can't access anything even the fee payment says termination. Maybe we hear good news next month. If you are able to sign in ds 261 or received the welcome letter don't hesitate to tell us here the news. More more patience to all of us.

I am now able to access payment portal but fees are not invoiced,

Up until about a week ago I wasn't able to get in and was getting the termination message.

PD 03JUNE2014

Same here PD April 10, 2014.

Able to access payment portal but fees not invoiced. All other links shows "case is not eligible for further processing"

May be they improved the website to get rid off that ugly "termination error"
