Hey, I received WL April 6 with PD of Feb 2014. DS261 complete and paid AOS fee, but IV fee still shows $0.

So I assume I have to submit AOS package, which is being prepared. But do I also send IV package with it? even if IV fee is not paid (still shows $0). Or I just wait?

Anybody have ideas?

Amjal,

Yes you can send both packages while waiting for the IV to be invoiced. You can use the AOS coversheet for the IV packet.

My PD is April 12, 2014. I am still waiting for welcome email...did any one from April got welcome email?

No good news yet for the month of April and May... I'm expecting they continue our process on June.

Hey, how much is the IV fee?

I plan on sending both, AOS and IV in 1 package. Thats what I understand from: http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/immigrant-process/documents/Submit_documents.html

"After you collect your Affidavit of Support form(s) and financial evidence in Step 4, and supporting documents in Step 5, you must submit all of your forms, financial evidence, and photocopies of your original civil documents inONE package to the NVC"

Hope that helps.

Question again on I-864, if I have all 3 recent years transcript wat should I choose on question between, I have attached only the most recent year, and the optional which I have attached the 2 most recent, I'm kinda confused with that section do I have to check both? Coz since I have all 3 recent transcripts? Thanks!

I have PD Jan 21, 2014. I got the NVC welcome letter and paid AOS and IV fees. I also finished DS 260 online. Also sent all the documents. I have seen many in Jan 2014 received welcome letters. Nothing beyond that.

Hi Hari, how is everything going with the process. My PD is in Jan 2014 too, I paid the IV fee and sent all the documents to the NVC like 5 days ago but I haven't been able to do the DS 260 form yet...

Does anyone know the current time frame for the NVC to review our documents, once we send everything to them? And what will happen after they have reviewed our documents, case completed and waiting for the PD date to become current?
