correct me if i'm wrong here.....

I recently received the email from the NVC the "Welcome letter" and I'm following the 6 steps that said on the letter.

1. Choice an agent : which i did already and i put myself as an agent since I'm the petitioner

2. Pay fees: so I pay the affidavit of support which is only available to pay.

whats gonna be my next step???

so i just have to wait 15 days for the NVC to process my payment before I can pay and able to fill out the applicant information?

is the applicant information is same as visa application?

3. submit visa application form. for this one yah just wait right?

4. Collect financial documents

5. Collect supporting documents

- so for this both step 4 & 5 i guess i can start gather all the documents i need right?

- I already fill out the form I-864EZ in that case on the obtain financial evidence i don't need to do all of that unless i completed the form I-864EZ right?

here's the link: http://travel.state...._Documents.html

6 submit to NVC

Thank you in advance

Please help.

my PD is 2014, April. I-130 was approved by in 2014 May. I just called NVC today to ask for my case number and invoice number, but when I go to this link to check it https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/Signon.aspx?node=Signin

It says

"This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately."

Is it normal??

Thanks a lot!

Once the AOS is "PAID" you can send both packages AOS and IV packet together but in seperate folder. The docs that you will send, it will take 60 days for them to review so its better to send it right away. When the IV fee is not yet open, call the NVC and let them review the ds 261 over the phone so they will open it after 3 days. When the IV is paid you can start to filling up ds 260 online. When you send you send it to them get the confirmation page that they will send to your email and bring that at the interview. Find out the scan date when they received the documents that you send, that is the start of the 60 days review. 3 N/A at the ceac means your case complete. You can call nvc to verify. Hope it helps. Yes its normal... I called them last night. We should not worry about it. We are the same. I'm getting the same message at the ceac website.

Are you in GC? what's your PD

My PD is March 11th. Just completed the DS-261 form.

Submitted, got confirmation and was told AOS will be invoiced in 3-5 Business days. Heard it usually takes about 10 business days though.

Now when I try to pay the AOS fees it's give me "the termination process". Previously it allows me logs in and shows "AOS not invoiced"

I heard the "termination process" message is actually a good sign that the AOS fees will be invoiced shortly

If you haven't been allowed to log in by NVC then I guess you should give them a call. Maybe that's what did the trick for me. Called on Thursday and the call agent told me to be patient that in a matter of weeks I'll be able to log in

Don't tell the NVC call agent your PD your PD. She may may use that to tell you immediately that you still not available for further processing. The first thing you should do is give her your case number...

Have you filled your DS261 form. Without doing that you won't be able to pay the AOS fee.

I think you should first do that then in a matter of days you'll be able to proceed with your AOS fees.

Plz do that asap and get back to us.

I heard we should both email and post NVC our document.

What do you think

May I know what did you ask them when you called NVC. I called them last night she asked my case number, name, date of birth, petitioner's name. Then I ask her why I'm getting termination message. She said its normal. I asked her when they will send welcome letter to me. She said she can't tell it right now. Sigh! Makes me sad. Anyway, I gave her again my email address. When you call them, you have to give both emails. Send one packages but in separate folder Aos and Iv packet. That is now their new rules. Thanks for updating us... Goodluck on Nvc stage!

Just exactly what you did to. Gave her my case number, she then asked for my name and date of birth.

I guess it depends on the agent you get hold of.

You should be able to log in anytime from now..

Hi Guys,

I just noticed that I have done something wrong on my Date of birth on G325A. however it is exact on I-130?

Case was approved in 2014... Will it effect at the time of interview????

It was only a typing mistake :(

Any Advise?
