Received another email that we can now proceed with steps 3-6. Payment for AOS is not reflected but was paid through check and sent through mail. We were advised to fill out DS260 manually waiting for the form to be sent by my husband then off to submitting all documents. Its better to call nvc and do things manually. Im glad we didnt just rely on the system to be fixed. ☺ pd april 29, 2014

Suite 100 or 200, doesn't matter. Its still going to NVC and they'll redirect to the proper officer.

But always better to call and ask.

Money order or cashiers check.... Yes you can send by mail

My IV fee also says 0$, got invoice 2 weeks ago. Sending a cashiers check by mail.

Received my Welcome Letter yesterday and paid AOS fee via mail yesterday as well..

Hi My PD is Feb 2014. I posted a query. But no one answer.

I paid my IV Fee on 5th June, and And It showed 'Paid' Status on 7th June. Then I submitted DS 260. Status got changed 'Completed'

But Today I see that, IV Fee payment status is 'Pay Now'. And it's open to pay $325.00 again. And DS 260 section is N/A.

Can you tell what's going on.

Sometimes it happens, I saw this at the other forums, call nvc to know if you are case complete or wait for the email.

i don't think we can fill DS 260 manually....i have received a checklist on DS 260 which needs to fill online and it is mandatory!!

Ill update once I receive the documents that the immigration officer gave my husband for me to fill out. I know that the ds 260 should be done online but maybe due to the technical problems they are allowing us to submit some forms instead...ill keep you guys posted

Hi again...just saw snapshot of form to be sent by my husband. Its ds 260 form questionaire . Its not actually an nvc form but jut questionaire just like the online questionaire. We are just instructed to fill it out and provide the supporting documents then go back to immigrayion officer for further instruction. Its better than just waiting for the system to be fixed. The question is when will that be? Ill update you once ive submitted form.

hello....please suggest me i cant access ds 260 form can i submit manually ds 260 form in nvc or please tell what can i do ? i have paid aos n iv fees documents also submitted but final thing is cant access ds 260 form . please advice me . if i submit manually ds 260 form plz share the link where the form is available. my pd date is very for current.

Ill try to email you once i receive my papers. Submitting ds 260 manually is not stated on their website but so as the one with unable to access ds 261 we did not call nvc we just emailed and paid aos and our payment was acknowledge. Inquire if you must if you are near us embassy in your country. Dont wait for the system to be fixed since your pd is very near.

Im not trying to confuse some of you with the process but i am relating my ongoing experience from filing ds 261, payment of aos and now waiting for ds 260 form. Im trying all options available. Ill update you everytime there is progress with my case. Pd april 29, 2014 ph

Nice to know that all cases are positively moving and its a wonderful news.

Do anyone know what the response time of NVC's email? I have sent them a email on April 29, 2015 another on May 25 and May 29.

I call to NVC and they are saying that we did not received or missed........ impossible!

They said to sent us again and also sent us hard copy of birth certificate, so if email thing missed, we may process through hard copy received, and I am not sure that this time they may receive may email or lost again.

1. Anyone know what is the latest response time when you email at asknvc@state.gov?

2. How much KB/MB data nvc email can support etc?

3. Any advise in writing of email to NVC? (I follow the recommended protocols like in subject line my case number, in body, my name, patienter name, DOB etc. )
