I got my IV invoice today from NVC, but can't pay the fee yet still showing $0.00. Hopefully will be able to pay within next week.

Yes I got my IV Fee invoice on 26th May (By email), & they asked me to send it through mail. But I didn't take the risk, waited and got the fee activated (325 USD) on 5th June.

Yes... The CR will ask some info like the case number, petitioner's name, date of birth, beneficiary's name, date of birth then your good to go to ask them about your brother's status. Goodluck!

Hi Mr and Mrs RC,

Question to you. Why we have to send the documents in 2 folder? there is only one cover sheet with NO 2 financial doc and no 3 supporting doc. My understanding it will be in one envelop. First the Welcome letter then the cover sheet the the followings-

1. I-864EZ

2. Tax Transcript (1-3) year

3. Employment Verification letter

4. Pay Stub (3-6)

5. Marriage certificate

6. Birth certificate

7. Passport photocopy

8. Police verification

9. Photo 2 copy 2*2

Please let me know if I am correct or not.

You have to seperate the two packet if you dont want to get the checklist. It was listed also at their website that you have to use a different coversheet. You can use the AOS coversheet if IV is not yet available.

This is the list I got, optional because we are in a diff country. Someone send this list and he did not get any checklist.

Arranged it orderly base on the Document cover list that NVC will send you

AOS( Financial documents)

NVC Welcome letter

Document cover sheet ( you can print it after AOS shows paid)

I 864EZ (use it if you are the only person that being sponsored make sure not to leave any blanks and triple check it because this is the most common checklist)

Tax transcript 2011-2013

Tax return 2014

W2 2014

Certificate of employment or pay stub

xerox copy of permanent residence card

xerox copy of marriage contract

IV documents or Supporting documents

Document Cover sheet

Xerox copy of Birth certificate

Xerox copy of marriage contract

Xerox copy of NBI/Police clearance

Xerox copy of Passport Biographic page

Photograph 2 pcs

Hope it helps

Just how I arranged mine.

Both in separate envelopes and then I insert them in a bigger envelope.
