As I unberstood from reading in this thread that if my appointment is befor 15 Apr I dont need to update my AOS bot bring with me 2014 taxes just incase ?

I was really surprised that my interview is on 11 Apr Im so excited!

Hi, I just received an email from NVC, the .rtf file attached starts with:

All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has
been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and
attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

I believe this means what you guys refer to as cc (case complete) am I correct?

Scan date was Jan/14^th

N/A Showing instead of paid in Affidavit of support status on March/11^th

this email received today March/18^th

What is next now?! how to track the package?

I tried tracking the shipment following the instructions in:

http://www.visajourn...-to-us-embassy/

And searched for tracking reference# as: EXP17MAR2015A

Because today is 18 as per the instructions

And I filled *from March/15 *to March/21

and *country: United Arab Emirates.

But it says not found

1) When shall I book my physical test?

2) Do I have to ask my joint sponsor for his 2014 W2?

Not necessarily fling is your call. Its all about the CO and your embassy and where you are on the guideline. I would at last have 2014 W2 and most current paystub.

There's nothing to track. You have no interview date yet. That DHL tracking are for those who received their P4 letters and want to know when their petition reaches embassy.

May interview scheduling should start 1st week of April.

Have you gone to your countries portal here and checked out medicals and what they say? Many doctors require P4 letter. Check and find out.

It would be wise yes to have that since you will have interview after April 14th you might be thinking about updating and filing 2014. If not for sure have W2 for 2014.

after my status became ready I waited about one week but no p4 letter and no response from NVC about my expedite request if approved or not .. I sent email to the embassy to ask and they sent to me that my interview is on 11 apr and they asked for only 5 documents?!they didnt ask for marrige certificate noor AOS form .. but im taking them incase...

Isnt that weird that I havent recieve a case complete letter no P4 letter no response for my expedite request even the checklist letter wss sent after my documents left NVC ! Do you think its because of the expedite every thing got mess up??!

I'll be there with u in spirit . Hubby is leaving for Kingston this afternoon so he will not be late 2morrow. He has a 4 hour ride from MoBay. Bummer part for us is the medical won't be ready. Wishing u the best 2morrow!!! Try 2 get a few naps in so u are refreshed. :)

Were you completed with all processing at NVC when approved for the expedite? Getting a Case Complete email isn't always given especially with expedites because many times the embassy is competing you.

P4 letter you wont get unless you ask the embassy to send you so you can show to guard to get inside. The usual P4 letter comes from NVC they didn't schedule you the embassy did.

Goodluck to you and just pray. You will make it. I am feeling the same too my husband and daughters interview is gonna be on april 8. I am so nervous and i wish the days are gonna be closer so I find out if they get approved or not. Let us know what's the result of your interview. Goodluck!

Neilsqueen, you are also in my prayers. My husband goes for his medical tomorrow. His interview scheduled for 4/7. Issue we have right now is he went to doctor today to find out he has Shingles. The doctor said it shouldn't affect his medical. He gave him an antibiotic yo take. Does anyone know if this will affect his medical?
