If any interview occurs in April 2015, everyone should download the new I-864 form on April 1st since any current I-864 form will be expired on March 31, 2015 (upper right corner of the I-864 form). Does it matter?

Thats not an expiration date. The expiration date you see is the expiration of the comment period to the Office of Management and Budget. The form itself does not expire and can be used.

Got CC today, how long would it take til I get an email regarding the interview? And will I get March interview or is it too late?

March Interviews were completed last month. They are scheduling for April. If you want to request an earlier date you can try. No guarantee's. Once you get you date you can email the embassy. There is an example letter in the first post.

Some embassies are more accommodating then others. Some months are more freer than others.

Today I received my passport and Visa in the mail !!!!!!!!!!! Its finally all over!!!!!

We fly out on Monday so Im thanking god for it getting here in time!!!!

Well much better. I think with 2 people and maybe the way they did things it looked to much. Okay with 6 people he claims plus you he needs to make $41,587. So he is cool.

I would redo I-864. Do 2014 taxes submit 2014, 2013, 2012 and have most recent 2015 pay stub.. That way 2013 is of no issue.

You would have to wait until your ceac status says READY once it says ready then you woul have to wait a couple of days and it should let you pick your appointment day for fingerprint,My husband went today and I was able to do his appointment last week and his interview is for 3/26 next week he will do medical...

Hey Breeze,

If you have no proof of vaccinations, you will have to get those vaccinations at your medical examination. It shouldn't delay your process, unless your age group requires a vaccination that comes in two stages.

You'll probably have to pay a premium to get them, if the civil surgeon has to administer them.

Well don't know if you made it for the April Interview selections. You may have to wait for May. They started April this week. But I have noticed CC for this week no interviews for any embassies. Keep your eyes on your inbox for that P4 letter.
