Yes get all your petitioner package together. They need to fill out a I-864 they need to have most current tax return just have them do 2014. Most recent pay stub, letter of employment.

You also need to update you I-864 with 2014, 2013, 2012. Your W2 and 1040 you filed is fine.

Congratulations on the New citizens., Be sure to get the CRBA and US passport and all that done. Remember Sponsor only adds your wife to the household size not the baby.

Thanks for your help

My baby already i got a passport and crba for here, i went with the baby when she is 18 days old and apply for passport , after one week i pick up the passport and the cbra ☺️

In my wife interview letter they dont put the baby name to attend with here mom.?

After all the tax and interview questions, I would have a question regarding that too:

I will have my interview on March 12, so roughly a month before the IRS deadline.
We have filed the taxes back in January already so transcripts etc. are available.

Would it be, under my circumstances, good to have an updated affidavit of support with me when going to the interview?

Thanks in advance. :)

So we will need our taxes for 2014 if our interview is in April? We got to the NVC stage way back in August 2014 and are just waiting for a CC and interview schedule.

You don't even have a CC yet? Most certainly you will have to have your 2014 in hand for your interview. Even if you get CC today yo will more than likely get a May interview and 2014 will be due. So you need to get started on that now.

I have all my paperwork for the accountant. What should I request from the accountant? I also just got a job in October that pays $24K, so I'm going to have to rely on pay stubs and an employment letter which I gave to the NVC already and also have a showing of 2014 taxes filed?

For March folk you should be fine with what you submitted to NVC. Just have your 2014 W2 to show what you made and a most current pay stub..

So you have a joint sponsor then and they have all the paper s filed out? What exactly was sent to NVC? Did you not work Jan-Sept?

What you need is you tax forms all you submitted to IRS since you will not be able to get a tax transcript in time. W2, Tax forms. schedules everything they sent to IRS you will have to have for interview.

I worked overseas from Jan-June. July-Sept I looked for a job and focused on school a bit.

And alright, I'll bring those things.

Okay well to qualify for 8 people in household you would need to make $46,262

Let's clarify Household size okay. It's not who lives in your father in laws house. It's who he claims on his income taxes. If he claims your child than yes the child counts.

Does he really claim 8 people on his taxes?

So with his income and your brother in law their income combined was $46,262 and above for 2013 and 2014? if not that's why you need another co-sponsor.

It might be all the people that are under this roof the issue . If Father in law is really responsible for 8 or 7 even people only making that kind of money I believe the embassy is afraid he is already stretch pretty thin.

So how many people does Father in Law claim on taxes?. Him wife who then you add you. He either has too many to their liking or he did the #'s wrong whats on his tax transcripts?

He made more than $60,000 in 2014.

And claiming 6 people on tax return.

Should I submit new AOS with 2014 tax return? Or send Joint Sponsor?
