What I see, is that is missing the notary signature. Take a look at mine's, there is the signature over the seal of the notary.

Thanks for your example-I will send it to my husband. It looked to me like the signature was above the name of the director who issued the documents-but I have to admit yours looks much more official-and many more stamps!

I don't understand the difference in Colombia between "notaria primera, segunda, tercera, etc" but he will just take it to a notary and we will have to wait our 60 days again:(

Good luck I hope you get your CC this week!! Thanks again

Well she said she is using Google Chrome. That might be it also. Never heard anyone speak of a drop down. So you can leave blank. Even though its Nigeria and they do have states.

I don't see that anyone else added this yet, so I will mention it. The browser changes it a bit, whether it's Firefox, Chrome, or IE. The biggest change i found with the drop downs and the fillable sections was when I updated my PDF viewer. It would work perfectly on my dh's computer, but not on mine even when we were using the same browser. I found it had to do with an update to my Adobe Acrobat when I was using the fillable form (this also made the difference of having a barcode that is interactive on the bottom or not). I still had to leave a few sections blank since it didn't apply to me (the petitioner) living abroad. However, some of the sections that I DID have filled in, were not filled in when I printed, so it still needs a really good look-over. Hope that helps.

I wonder why they would call you at this point. Your case is already completed and you have interview date scheduled already. What a backward system.

We received our case number today! One step closer! How long has it been taking you all to be able to pay your AOS fee after getting a case number?

I also have a question about Part 3 of the I-864. Where it says "I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in Part 2". I checked Yes, but then when re-reading the instructions it made it seem like you only need to check something there if there are two joint sponsors. Was I correct marking "yes"?

Thank you!

After getting my case and IIN over the phone the day my case# was assigned, it was immediately there in the online portal.

As for part 3 of the I864, you check yes, rather than leave it blank.
