I just submitted the ds 260 forum online and I wanted to know if these were the only documents I should send NVC or do I have to add more? So far its 2 passport size phots, birht certificate, marriage certificate, bio-data of passport, police certificate, and identity card of pakistan? is this all or anything else I am missing?

I tried a couple days after the AOS showed paid and each time I had a nice chat with the rep.... it was finally about 10 days after it showed paid... the invoice for my case showed up today (the day after the rep reviewed it) and I'm on hold with them now to check on my kids' files...

It may be a false checklist based off them reviewing your DS-260. I'm guessing it's the same as paper submissions where they don't bother checking if they've received anything or not. I'd suggest calling up to confirm though.

Cool. Thanks Saylin.

False checklist 3 months later? Can you elaborate your case what you received, what actions you took, etc?

The checklist was for civil documents that were already sent with the IV pkg. I asked to speak with a supervisor, rep said one was not available, I still requested a supervisor review and was told to call back in 45 days for an update. I was actually scared to call back in fear of hearing that they really wanted to docs to be submitted as per checklist. I decided to check the ceac page prior to calling and behold, I saw the n/a's.
