This is so good to hear! We also sent in assets and are extremely nervous.

Can i just send my packet when the AOS fee status still shows as IN PROGRESS?

Good question, but I don't know how to answer it I did send it with "in progress" and really want to see what happens However it changed into PAID after I sent the package.

So a while back went I first emailed the documents I didn't get a respond. I emailed them 2 weeks later asking if they have received my documents, I also never got the respond from until yesterday I get 2 emails from nvc and I got so excited but when I opened them this what was written.. Nvc is super slow!!

NVC case number or USCIS receipt number

Petitioner's name

Unfortunately, your inquiry did not contain ALL of the above information. Please resubmit your inquiry with the above information so we may update our records accordingly and provide you with a specific response.

IMPORTANT:

Do not let more than one year pass without contacting the NVC concerning this visa petition. If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact (by telephone, mail, or e-mail) with the NVC, all submitted fees and documents expire. If this occurs, the fees must be paid again and documents must be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.

I am so frustrated. Trying to reach NVC regarding our checklist item that makes no sense to me...and for the last WEEK I am unable to even be put in phone qeue...it just says "due to volume of calls all operators are busy...please try later" Is anyone else having this issue?

I called on Tuesday to confirm our case complete. Of course I had to call 10 times before I was even able to be put in hold. I'd keep trying, eventually you will get through!

Saw 3 N/A s this morning. Called to confirm. Put on hold for good one hour. And yes It's a CC!!! Original scan date 02/10. KAR_SAT Congratulations. We got out of NVC together. NVC speeding up. Congrats to all cc's.

Saw 3 N/A s this morning. Called to confirm. Put on hold for good one hour. And yes It's a CC!!! Original scan date 02/10. KAR_SAT Congratulations. We got out of NVC together. NVC speeding up. Congrats to all cc's.

Ohhhh good news ritbiv. you were missing for a while from VJ. Congratulations. We were together but unfortunately I got checklist on my AOS, I just corrected it and sent it to them and they received it today. I hope for the better this time. Please Pray for us too

Thank you Nyala. I am sorry for your checklist. You are in my prayers. I hope you get a CC very soon. It will not take another 60 days for sure. It will be much shorter wait this time.
